Best AT&T store in the area, by far. Went around to several stores with a specific issue which either they didn’t want to resolve or didn’t know how to resolve. Upon walking into this location, I was immediately helped and they knew exactly how to fix it! A gentleman by the name of Bailey was incredibly helpful, insightful, and went above and beyond. Definitely the AT&T store to utilize in greater Birmingham.

GREAT customer service. I stopped in because I am visiting Birmingham and my phone was malfunctioning and not charging. My phone is the only way I can get around town, check in on my reservations, etc. so I was really in trouble. The man working there was incredibly kind and helpful, and was patient working with multiple customers. I had kids with me while I was troubleshooting different solutions and he didn't seem annoyed or bothered at all. The customer service here was very good and really helped me at a time when I would have otherwise been very stressed out. The charger I got works perfectly and I'm on my way. Thank you to the guy helping me.

Destinie was a HUGE help! She helped me pick out the right phone and accessories for our father. She was patient, polite, and answered all of my many questions! Usually going to a phone providers store is a pain, but she made it easy and pleasant! THANK YOU TO DESTINIE AND THIS LOCATION!! 💯💕

Called looking for a new screen protector. Nova was very helpful both over the phone and in-store. Made sure there was absolutely nothing underneath my new screen protector.

From the moment we enter this store we were greeted with a warm, friendly greeting from the staff and they were able to accommodate me with an upgrade and transfer of information from my old phone to the new one in no time. It was refreshing to me to see how well the staff worked together, and actually enjoyed each other working together.

Maya and Brittany really helped make my experience very smooth and easy!!! Highly recommend going to the AT&T downtown anytime you need help!!!

I took my elderly parents to this store to purchase new phones and had a great experience. The associate that helped us, Josie, provided great customer service. She was extremely patient with my parents who sometimes struggle with newer technology. Great overall experience and would recommend this store and particularly Josie to anyone.

I went in because my phone didnt have any phone/text service. The workers, Tyler and Tmarcus were very polite, very patient and the most helpful AT&T workers I have ever had help me. Not only did they solve my phone/text service problem, Tyler was able to fix my data service, that I haven't had in years and that no other AT&T store could figure out and fix. If I ever need anything in the future, I will go to this store.

I bought my phone here last year and had a great experience. Recently I returned and I had a password issue that I needed to be solved on my phone. Ethan and Jordan were very friendly and patient with my issue. They both delivered great customer service and I was able to remove my stress about the situation. We had a couple of laughs over my stumble and they really made it a painless process. Customer service is a high expectation of mine, coming from a background of 15 years, and they really delivered. Thank you for hiring quality people AT&T!

AT&T...... Absolutely the best service I have had in the past 18 years of experience with phone companies! The very experienced young man named Lucas went above and beyond to get me exactly what i needed. Hopefully the signal will be as golden as the employees! Thank you!

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would! I typically try to avoid phone stores at all cost, because my past experiences have been very frustrating. However, I desperately needed a new phone, so I intentionally sought out this location based on their great rating and Google reviews. I could not be more pleased with my experience! Garrett and Mason provided excellent customer service and got me everything I needed. I will definitely return to this location for any of my future AT&T needs!

Had a surprisingly great experience, compared to a recent encounter with my current carier, when I went in to check out the Galaxy S10+ to see if it felt right . The store representative, Bailey, was extremely helpful and made what was just a quick look into a great discussion about what I need in this phone and a very pleasant experience. His knowledge on the Galaxy phones was extensive and I was able to come to a decision quickly during our talk. I work in tech and didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold to or have someone try and get me to buy something lease, but felt like I was talking to a peer about these new phones.

While I was there, he was also able to check and see if AT&T Fiber was available in my neighborhood yet (it wasn’t) and talked me through how to know when that would occur.

Overall, AT&T keeps impressing me with each encounter I have with their customer service reps and if every rep was as knowledgeable and pleasant as Bailey, they would no doubt be rated the top in customer service. Once I they have Fiber available, I’m switching back over.

Great service inside. Jordan H. was very professional and good/fun to talk to while I was waiting for computer, paperwork etc. He helped me upgrade my phone and get an iPad for a great price. Highly recommend this location particularly the staff I came in contact with.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this AT&T store. Cydney & Garrett went above & beyond to provide outstanding customer service during my visit today. I’m in town from Colorado & needed to replace the iPhone I broke & they were amazing!! I ended up buying an iPad, screen protectors & a case. I’ll tell all my local friends & family that they should come here in the future. 5 Stars for these exceptional AT&T employees & much thanks from a grateful customer!!

And Tyler the worker there didn't hesitate to help me and make sure I was comfortable. Not too pushy. Amazing experience. Will definitely be continuing my service with ATT and this location. Would highly recommend 👍

Alyssa and the crew were a definite a pleasure to work with. Allyssa is Very personable and down to earth. We were traveling from Texas and Loved the experience at Att in Dequincy. Walked out with two new phones and accessories. Will stop by again when in the area.
