AT&T Store

This review is strictly for the customer service Steven provided me with. I called about 10+ nearby AT&T stores and although everyone I spoke with was friendly, Steven at Orchard by far was the most helpful!! He saved me a trip to the store and offered all the alternatives he could for my urgent need. He knew his stuff too! Thanks so much Steven!!

Yesterdays visit was the second time going to this location. I only went back because of the first visit I had when I got my IPhone 14 Pro Max. Usually making large purchases I dread, but Austin made everything seem so easy! I always try to get reviews done but I didn’t get one done the first time. I went in yesterday to purchase my father a new phone; as soon as I walked in Austin walked up, greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. Austin made everything run so smoothly I was in and out in under 30 minutes. He got me set up with a case a screen protector and an extra screen protector for my iPhone. As a leader in the retail field Austin checked all the boxes!! Thanks Austin!!

Best experience I have ever had in my life with a phone company. Used to be with Verizon and then I switch over to AT&T. Logan was amazing and made the experience the best I have ever had. He not only made the switch to AT&T that much easier but he help me save on bundling all the accessories. This man deserves a raise for his contribution to the company. Came in looking to upgrade a phone. Staff was friendly and courteous. Was able to look around and ask questions about new phones and what they did. Picked out a phone but the tech recommended an upgrade that was cheaper and better quality. So we went with his recommendations. Also was able to do a trade in for my old phone. Overall a great experience. No hassle or hustle.

Sales rep was extremely knowledgeable amd took the time and effort to making sure my phone was working 100% before I left. ATT now offers TV and internet and amd I was able to bundle and SAVE😄😄😄😄😄

I took my mom who was visiting from out of state to upgrade her iPhone. The account was in my fathers name who has since passed and needed to be changed to my mom’s name which upset her deeply. Not being any fault of ATT and is very understandable however my mom was still very shaken by this. The store rep Sharon R was very very understanding, apologetic and extremely patient with my mom which I appreciated greatly. Sharon took the time and switched everything that was needed and did so with empathy and understanding. I truly hope the management reads this as they have a great employee working for them and Sharon should be acknowledged for her great customer service!

Absolutely love this store, most patient amd caring customer service reps of any store I have ever been to! Had issues from another store and didn’t know what to do and the sales rep didn’t try to sell me anything just sat with me and assisted me until my issue was resolved 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for the best service

I had an issue with my watch and Austin fixed it!! I go there just to see him I’ve all carriers and I’m happiest here thank you for the outstanding service !!!!

I came in to figure out my bill because I almost transferred my two lines to Verizon. I was greated well by Bryan. He took his time to review our options and was able to enroll my partner in a first responder line and offered me a discount because I'm an educator.

He ran into some issues but his manager Jose was very friendly and helped us out.

Overall, best experience I've had in a phone store. We had a good conversation with Bryan and he walked us out of the store at the end.

The associates were so helpful. They helped me bring down my bill, to conserve my business with AT&T. I was about to go elsewhere after being with AT&T for years. The cost was extremely high. Fortunately your associates caught this and volunteered to help me. I truly appreciate you. 😊!

Great service, and fast solutions. This is my 3rd lost phone in 12 months. The team was understanding and supportive in making sure I got what I needed with a quick turnaround.

I had to go into the AT&T store yesterday to have a phone shipped to my daughter. I had not been in this store in years. What a great change. The staff was friendly knowledgeable and even through there were customers int he store there was little to no wait time. I was just in a AT&T 2 weeks earlier for a different issue in Louisville, KY while on business travel and the experience in Colorado was 100% better. This will be my store to go to moving forward. Thanks for the great service!

Roslyn helped me today to setup a new line and watch. She also helped me trade in on my old Samsung for a shiny new S22. For free! I was there for about 30 minutes and they handled all my data transfer from my old phone. I highly recommend going in the store and letting them do everything. Super easy!

I went into the AT&T store on 11/21 for billing issues and it was extremely busy and so I waited patiently to be helped. As I waited I noticed two of the representatives were working together and only helping one person and another kept going back and forth between the back room and one customer which left Brooke, who was the representative helping me, to handle all the customers coming in. Brooke was great and she was able to go over my billing issues and addressed all my concerns instead of referring me to customer care like the last store I went to did. Even though the store was busy and she was the only one helping customers, aside from Angel who was learning from Brooke, she never seemed overwhelmed and she still took her time with every person she helped which I appreciated even if that meant me waiting longer. I thought she was a manager for how she was handling the situation but she told me she isn’t the manager but in my opinion her management would be crazy if they didnt promote her, from what I saw in my little time at the store today she would be great in a management role and if I was in a position of hiring employees at my company I would steal her in a flash. Good job Brooke and Angel!

I am happy to share my experience. I was initially assisted by Ashley and she was amazing and extremely helpful. Her manager Jerimiah came by to assist with the no charge on activation fee. He stated to contact him after my first bill. A couple of months later I emailed Ashley regarding the reimbursement of the activation fee. She stated it would be completed the following day. The next day I received a phone call from Jerimiah stating the I had received credit for 4 phone lines. Both of them were extremely helpful that the follow through is second to none.

I considered switching over to Verizon when I wanted to upgrade my existing plan and phone but the customer service persuaded me otherwise. Dylan was so helpful and had a great/upbeat attitude (that you don’t normally encounter at a phone retailer). He helped us out for 2 hours as I encountered a lot of issues with my phone being from out of state and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Dylan was great to work with and is the reason I’m still a customer.

Went there the other day and the stuff was very quick and friendly. Got me in and out in a jiff while taking care of all questions and concerns I had.
