Both the young lady in the photo lab Adari and the store mgr for the evening Hutari ( I extremely sorry if I've misspelled the names) we're so very kind. I'm from Pueblo and had to stop and use the facilities (this was at the castle rock Wilcox road location) at around 1pm and I lost my wallet. I called at about 6pm to see if they had it. Some kind individual found it and turned it in with everything intact. The mgr kept it safe in her office until we came and picked it up. Neither ladies would accept a reward. They were absolutely the BEST!! Just wanted someone at Walgreens to see this and give them a day off with pay or at least a free lunch! These two are fine examples of human beings and a credit to Walgreens!Walgreens

The Pharmacy and pharmacy staff are kind and listen to each customers needs. The Pharmacy Mgmt. team and staff are amazing, and make each customer feel welcome. Miranda, Helina, Dani and the team are so kind and compassionate. I have never been treated poorly, or felt like I didn’t matter. Which has happened before. Fantastic crew!

Our local Walgreens is awesome. Reasonable prices that saves us from traveling further to other retail stores.

Always busy but always nice. Miranda is an awesome pharmacist and takes time to get to know her patients. I never have to tell her who I am when picking up. The techs rotate quite a bit but I have always found them to be competent and helpful.

Dropped by this place last Sunday to print out a few pictures and pick out a birthday card for my daughter. I am not very tech-savvy and the photo-tech guy named Artsiom was super sweet and walked me step by step of how to print out and edit my pictures. He would constantly check up on me and even printed my pictures faster than expected. Then helped me pick out a birthday card.
What an amazing customer service. We need more people like that in the customer service industry.

I have had to use pharmacies once a month since a BAD Workers Comp injury on a job site in Denver in 2017. I have used many Pharmacies but this Pharmacy hands down is the Most Professional, clean, Polite and Respectful of all I have set foot in. They are incredibly fast at filling scripts and informing Customers. They operate like a Fine tuned machine. I have seen a lot of chaos in Pharmacies but this Team is Amazing. I watch them rotate from drive thru to the counter inside and I have never seen such an efficient team. It’s almost as if they are Telepathic! LOL! They seem to just know if a person has been waiting for over 10 seconds and I have never witnessed such Amazing service from a Pharmacy, EVER! All of this comes from the top so please Thank the Beautiful Pharmacist Miranda. She is the key to what makes this machine So fluid. I’ve never seen a wasted movement since coming here and that says a lot for a Manager. I am one, so I see these things. Please let them know they are Amazing because this is the kind of team I would want working for me. I didn’t get last names but Miranda Pharmacist, Kayla, The red haired Gentleman and also Dale, Another Pharmacist that I have had the pleasure of meeting. These are the kind of people you want to hang on to! Thank You all for such amazing service every single time as I actually look forward to seeing them all again. Day shift on 8/4/21 at lunchtime. I hope they are getting raises as this team deserves them! I would also have them train the Walgreens Pharmacy teams in Colorado Springs and Pueblo! No offense to them but I’ve waited 3 to 5 hours and this team it’s 20 minutes like clockwork, every single time.

Always had a good experience.
Most drug stores are an older sales model with limited cashiers so patience is a must, but seems like I always receive great customer service in exchange.
Sales on electronics always good.
I go often for the essential oils, especially when they are on sale.
They have a large variety of consumer goods, its still a Pharmacy.
My 15 yr old daughter adores the photo dept and is always printing pictures. It is rather neat to print photos from so many types of media instantly and for very little $$.

I had to run in a couple weeks ago to get a few over the counter medications for my wife and the pharmacist was very helpful. I always ask a lot of questions since my wife is sensitive to taking any medications. The pharmacist took the time to listen to my concerns and made some great recommendations. I was very happy with personal service.

This Walgreens is wonderful, I go there a lot.. I use the photo section frequently and they are very helpful & friendly. The cashiers I've dealt with are fun & courteous and I've met a few of the management team and they have also been great. I do not routinely use the pharmacy, but when I do (3-4 times per year) I've had no troubles whatsoever.

Very friendly employees pharmacy is great love to deal with the pharmacist named Dale. Very personable and truly care For their customers.

Dale at this location is wonderful. He goes above and beyond to communicate with insurance companies on my behalf as he understands that health insurance policies can be a foreign language for patients.

Wonderful! I love this location, especially the pharmacy. Dale, the manager is plesent and professional. I can't say enough about the entire staff.

Busy 0hone place good items to go and quick store maybe be faster at talking to people when there a long line not sure
