Real nice guys and gals here. From the managers to the younger staff members, they are all polite, helpful, and respectful. Young people working retail who are polite and respectful is something that is sadly rare in our world today and is absolutely worth mentioning. When I'm in the Castle Rock area, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. They card EVERYONE. I've observed people in there getting belligerent by this, but it's called due diligence. I, for one, am always happy to get carded at 42!

Everyone is so knowledgeable! The staff is very Chill, Friendly, and make you feel like you're chillin with the homie...I do have to say, Marilyn is ALWAYS in a good mood, and is very good at her job. 😁😀🤓

Very nice selection of vape juice and products. Staff is amazing! Friendly and very helpful. Also carry cbd and associated items. Prices comparable to other shops. They do have an awards program that will save you on future purchases. Will definitely be back.

Went in today and there is a new employee who goes above and beyond for the customers. I am using crutches and she opened the door for me right away. Helped me with everything I needed and then helped me to the car. They were very nice. Keep it up and give this girl a raise for going above and beyond.

Great place to get all your vap or mod needs. Use disposables now to use to have a mod. They have always had what I needed and even bought a really cool battery mod from them a couple months ago. They have a great selection of disposals so you can't go wrong when stopping here. And as always the guys who work here are amazing and great to get along with. They will give you recommendations if you don't know what you want or recommendations on something else if they are currently out of something. Best vape shop ever

This was my first time here and I have to say this is an amazing vape shop! They have so many options and also the guy that was helping us was super friendly and was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time! He made it feel like he was a buddy who just knew is knowledgeable about vape solution and vapes in general! I for sure will suggest this location and be back for future vape needs!!!

Definitely 5 star! Customer service is always awesome. The staff interact with us each time come in for a visit. They spend time with us to help us find the right product. We live in the springs so we don’t visit so often. But definitely always enjoy talking with the staff.

Always super patient and friendly, went in my first time and had no idea what I wanted, never had bought my own juice and the person behind the counter was helping me figure out what I'd like best and showing me different flavours for probably 30+ minutes. They were awesome about all of it, they helped me put together my setup because I had never bought my own mod or anything and informed me of all the features and helped guide me to getting my setup (which is probably the best one I've used). High quality products and at fantastic prices. They have house brews and the ones I've tried are really good. Highly recommend

I've been to Vapez twice, today and last Sunday and it was perfect. There was two different staff members on each day. They both helped my husband immediately. They were friendly, helpful and took their time. I am not looking for sit down table service, it's exactly what I expect buy juice and coils and be on my way.

I highly recommend this shop! The minute you walk in this shop you feel welcome. They have a very relaxing but upbeat environment. The staff is extremely knowledgeable.
