Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went in for lunch after the busy period. Had a great burger and fries. Nice clean place and good service.

I don’t often go to Diary Queen but this time around, I was happy to go and get a Caramel Sundae which was very tasty and refreshing. The establishment here in Castle Rock was easy to find and though the parking lot areas around is undergoing construction, it was not difficult to go in or go through the drive-thru.

Great experience! The young lady who took our order appeared new but well trained. The food was good, except for the onion rings which were fried a bit too long. More crunch than oniony flavor. Love the fountain drink machine with probably 50 or more flavors. It was a hot day but the A/C inside was frigid. We had to go to their nice patio to finish our sundaes.

Kids working there were good to us and joked around a bit. Blizzards were tastier than we expected. Only downside really is they cost almost $7 each for a small, which is way too much for basic ice cream with a blend-in.

This locations blizzard ice cream always tastes better than any other in the area. They are also not shy with loading up the candy! Always love a good blizzard.

This is by far the best dairy queen we have been to. We travel from Colorado Springs to this location, and the customer service is always outstanding. The food is always great.

Misty Freeze Lemon Lime - best dang thing around! Slushy with ice cream, best of both worlds and it hits the spot on any day. Got one yesterday and it was perfect!

Service was friendly & quick. The food was fresh and delicious, and as always, the ice cream was perfect. The Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard was super tasty, and had a strawberry core. It was insanely good.

When I drive through Castle Rock I always stop here to get their chocolate soft serve ice cream. The Dairy Queens in Colorado Springs only carry vanilla soft serve ice cream and the chocolate is so much better. Staff are friendly and patient and they get the food out pretty quickly.

The staff at this location are really good. As are the burgers and dip cones - Yum!!!

Best dairy queen ever. Came and there was a line but hardly had to wait. Plenty of mix ins in the blizzards. Love this location.

I went in to order a Small Banana Split Blizzard for my sister, who is in long term care. I was greeted by Katrina G when I came in! I bought one yesterday, but because it was warm outside, it dripped when I took the top off. I asked Katrina G if she could put it in a cup and she did! The Blizzard was easier to deal with today thanks to her! She did a great job overall and I TRULY appreciate it! I will return to this location tomorrow! Thank you!

Some new ways to see friends and have some treats. Toppings for all the treats you desire. Get there one day for a meal and try all the treats. Servers are there to take your orders and will serve you with a smile so be sure to tip them. Have fun in a local spot with good ice cream and treats while surrounded by friends.

I chatted with the guy at the window as they were making my blizzard. Apparently they just got a new owner, and he has turned things around compared to before, based on the other reviews. All the employees were polite and nice, my blizzard came out quickly and was packed full of butterfinger pieces. This place in no way resembles what was described in previous reviews, it was everything you ask for at a fast food place. Polite employees, fast service, delicious ice cream.

To the best of my knowledge, I don't believe I've ever been to this restaurant. But Google just won't let it go, sending me notifications daily asking me to review it. So here you go... It was far and away the best restaurant I've never been to. The staff would have welcomed me as they would their own loved ones had I ever crossed the threshold. Parking for my unicorn was plentiful and magically accessible. They were so understanding about Shimmer's little "accident" in the lot - since a unicorn's upset stomach is relieved by vomiting sprinkles, it was a win-win for all involved. I only wish there was a way for my mermaid neighbor to be able to park her narwhal there, too. All in all, an amazing experience I never had. May I someday have the pleasure of bringing my little humans to your hall of fine dining... and may this please the powers that be at Google to get them to stop asking me to review this incredible establishment.

This location is amazing and love how friendly the staff is. We usually go through the drive thru easier with 2 kids and a dog. Everytime we get to the window, we are greeted with a smile.

This is a treat for my daughter every so often so it's nice to have a great experience. Thanks again, keep up the good work.
