Staff is great, at first glance its a bit deceiving, but we have become regulars! Anything you can't find, they're willing to help as much as they can with something comparable. Prices are honest and for a smaller shop, they have a great variety.

Far and away best craft beer selection in the County. Sours, limited release, you name it. Excellent selection of single malt scotch as well. Keep up the good work!

Their is no greater beer selection at a store in St. Mary’s County than this one. They also let you make your own 4-6 pack. The prices are higher here, but it’s well worth it due to the amount of choices they give you. I highly recommend making your own 6-pack of a variety of beers here, then enjoying the experiment at home

Wow, if your in the area you have to go. Great inexpensive wines from local to international. They have one of the best bourbon, whiskey, and scotch collections and their prices are terrific.

Great selection, great staff. If you are in the area, GO TO THIS SHOP! You will not be disappointed. They will put in the effort to make sure your needs are met. They will even order if necessary.

I finally decided to pay this store a visit after all of my friends and family kept talking it up. Let me say I was blown away by the selection of whiskeys and craft beers! I could not believe some the brands that they manage to get ahold of. The staff is friendly and helpful! By far one the best stores in town! Awesome for gifts! Bought my father a nice bottle while I was there.

Awesome incredible employees. They even started carrying a beer I suggested so I could return to buy it. They stocked it that week. Every time I go, they are incredibly courteous and even anticipate my purchases. My favorite place to get my needs, awesome beer, wine and whiskey selection. Having spent most of my years in Maryland in The DC metro area, I can say that the Beer Cave is the best place for craft beer in the state. They carry my favorite Dewey Beer Co. sours and I always enjoy looking around for new beers to try that I’m not familiar with. I also want to shout out Megan for being a great cashier and spin instructor!

Amazing amazing selection - rivals DC liquor and beer stores. Didn’t buy a staple beer so I can’t say much about the price comparison to other county beer shops, but the craft beer and wine prices are about what you would expect.
Staff are very friendly and everyone was wearing masks properly. New favorite place!

So many beers to choose from! Lots of craft brews available and single cans to pick from rather than just 4 or 6 packs if you want to try new ones. Clerk was helpful and very friendly.

Can I give it 6 stars? The employees are kind and helpful and the whiskey selection is the BEST in the county if not perhaps the tri-county area! Pricing is fair and they have unique items I've never seen elsewhere. Thank you guys for being amazing!

The back room houses their Bass Pro dealership items and nice selection of firearms and fishing gear.
Bob is one of the friendliest proprietors in the county and knows his bourbon. Great place and people here.

Diamond in the rough. This place is so nice on the inside and stocked full of everything you can think of! The lady who helped me (I didn't get her name) was incredibly friendly. They also have a rewards program, where you earn points towards money off your next purchase!

Just stopped in tonight after a meeting, and forgot just how much I liked this place. Beer selection is better, prices good, even the staff are nicer than my other 'go tos'! Now that I'm in the rewards program (Thanks Sweetie), think I'll be shopping here more often now.

Home of The Beer Cave, in my opinion the best selection of beer in St. Mary's County. One of the few liquor stores around offering the option of making your own mixed six packs (that aren't marked up in price!). Highly recommended.

Bob's Sunoco is actually a beer and wine and fishing tackle mecca. Amazing array of beer and wine, with a huge walk-in cooler for their beers. Prices are reasonable. It's a fun (and kind of weird) place to visit!
