These guys were great at helping me trouble shoot a battery issue for my sons power wheel. I came in expecting to need batteries and it was a simple fuse that I missed and that they were able to change. They were honest and didn't sell me something I did not need. I'll be back in this week to bring them more business just for the simple fact they were honest with me. I can change the battery on my key fob but why would I when this store clearly has my back as a customer? (also I know nobody in this store.)

I dropped my iPhone off for a new battery and to have the charging port cleaned with no appointment. I got a call within a couple of hours that it was done. The work was done well and my phone worked great afterward.

Josh and Chris performed a New Years miracle for my Son! They were able to find a part for his cracked 4 yr old galaxy S20 at another location and had it there same day, fixed it and got it back to us quicker than promised! (At cheaper than anyone else quoted!) Very impressed and grateful! Thanks guys.

I took my phone to Batteries Plus for repair. The front glass was cracked. I made the appointment online and was immediately called back by Remi. Remi explained the process and made sure I was aware of the cost before I even drove there. I had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Remi helped me and repaired my phone. Remi also provided excellent customer service and superior results with my phone.

I always have success with Batteries Plus. Their service is excellent. Their products are superior. The have an awesome deal on key fobs for lifetime replacement. One price for battery replacement as long as you own your vehicle.

Had 2 auto remotes and the batteries seemed to be getting low. Dropped by and the clerk was very friendly and absolutely knowledgeable. In and out within 10 minutes!

I got a refurbished cell phone in March I wanted to save money and needed it for my diabetes monitor, well because it was not under warranty the battery died.🤦‍♀ I use this cell phone to tell me my sugars or it's not like I need it to call or text it is for medical use. so stressful. Well, today I took it to get it repaired at Battery Plus first up they saved me lots on my repair. All the cell phone dealers wanted 160 or more for a new battery, (basically, I didn't pay for the phone so it was crazy,) so they saved me on a repair and it was only 64.99. The guys were awesome only took 1 hour, I would've done it myself but it was more complicated and I didn't have all the tools. So thank you to the Batteries and Bulbs store. To let people know they work on lots of cell phones they fix screens and tablets. They know what they are doing I would trust them. I called one store and the gentlemen told me, sorry but they were out of my phone battery, he called around and found out where I should go to get it done this weekend. Truly in a world so busy and not so customer friendly, it was truly nice to find a company that has great customer service. Jason is the manager I am so sorry I don't remember the other gentlemen's name. Thank you from a happy customer.

I want to share the excellent experience I had this week with Batteries Plus on Woodmen -- most notably with store employee "Jason." I brought in two golf cart batteries to be checked, and Jason took them in to attempt to charge them overnight. The next day, after being told the batteries were no longer viable, Jason gave me various options with replacements, printed out their specs for me to compare and gave me the choice to purchase new batteries. All done without a cost to me.
I wish to thank Jason and staff at Batteries Plus and recommend them and their excellent customer service to anyone seeking professional and courteous attention to their battery needs.

I bought a battery for my meat thermometer. As it turned out, the thermometer itself was broken. Matt offered to issue me a refund for the purchase of the battery. Very good customer service.

I took my phone in to get a new battery and have the charge port replaced. They took a look and told me that there was nothing wrong with the port and told me how to clean it so the charger fit again and then cleaned it for me. The battery replacement was quick. overall it was a great experience.
