I needed to turn in our old phones and have them wiped and replace a screen protector on one of our new phones. Anthony was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional! He also told me about some special offers from Verizon but was not pushy, but very informative!

Andrew was the only staff here on a Sunday. He took his time with us , walked us through everything. Even though customers kept coming he never once rushed service with us! Always kept his calmness! Great employee.

Came here a week ago to transfer from my old Sprint/Tmobile plan to be added on my husband's plan that he already has with Verizon. I got the new phone I wanted and was able to keep my old phone number. It was a very smooth transaction, took probably about 30 minutes.
The gentleman that helped us was very helpful, friendly, professional and informative.

Outstanding customer service. Danny was very personable, thorough, and knowledgeable! It was refreshing to see an individual take customer service seriously. Verizon made a good hire there. Keep it up. We will drive out of our way to visit that store if we need anything.

Custom.rep had great attitude, he great every customer walking and explained he was the only rep, and showed the order in which they would be helped.

Dionne gets five stars alone! I was in the store on a busy Sunday where she was having to manage the entire store on her own with a line of customers that kept her hopping. She handled it all like a boss and was incredibly helpful, kind, and personable even when she was having to juggle multiple customers with myriad diverse issues AND getting woefully bad “support” from Verizon’s technical staff on the phone who were making her life difficult and trying to steal sales from her. In the midst of it all, she was poised and helpful and took care of each customer well. I was incredible impressed with and blessed by her example of kindness and poise under pressure.

After having multiple issues with my phone and getting nowhere, decided to go in and ask for assistance. Emma was there both times that I went in, and without her, I would still be having issues with my phone! She helped me solve every issue that I was having! Even when there were a few blockers in the way, Emma thought of ways to make it work - and it worked! Also, even though I was not in there to adjust my plan at all, she was able to save me tons of money just by making a few modifications to my plan without me losing anything that I did not want to lose! Extremely satisfied with the service, as well as amazing persistence and professionalism from Emma!

I went into Verizon needing help transferring data from my old phone to the new phone I ordered through Verizon. They made me feel welcome and helped through every single step of the process plus helped me put on my screen protector and Stand and Grip Clcker! I was nervous to do this by myself and as soon as I walked in they made me feel at ease. We laughed and I actually came away feeling comfortable with my new phone. They instantly felt like family and I suggest anyone who needs anything Verizon go to this store! Thank you Michael and Derek for helping me so much, you guys are the best!
