Great prices and selection on a variety of products from sporting goods, farm supplies, clothing, hardware, and even snacks. Employees I've met are all very genuine and honest.

Nice people & very courteous I have been shopping there 2 months since I am new to the state of Colorado I sure like the great customer service.

Everyone here was very nice and helpful when we came in looking for wood pellet bedding! High quality service and well stocked!

The staff at Big R were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making my shopping experience a pleasure.

I particularly appreciated the reasonable prices and great deals that were on offer, making it easy to purchase everything I needed without breaking the bank. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Big R and would highly recommend it to anyone in the Falcon area.

Very nice store with friendly staff. I have made special trips to this location even though I have a Big R down the road from me. This one has plenty of selection and I have never walked into the store without at least one employee checking to see if they can assist. You always feel welcome and appreciated.

Update: Still amazing customer service! Called to find out where their hay came from since we were battling selenium toxicity from local hay we had purchased (not from them). They found out exactly where all their hay came from and was incredibly kind about the question. It was such a relief. Always helpful to this day when I come in. Thank you!

I absolutely love this Big R. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you find something or really anything and they do it with a smile. So refreshing! I use to go to the Big R in Fountain and it is the most depressing store I have ever been in. I love the women's clothes selection at this one and also tack and feed. Great store & service!!

Great staff! Whenever I come to this location, they are super helpful and willing to answer questions. The prices are not always the best; otherwise, I would buy more products here.

The employees are the best, and there's a lot of cool stuff to buy there. My pets and I always feel welcomed.

Always love going here. The staff are super friendly no matter the department, cashiers always greet you from what seems like a long distance off. Staff are always knowledgeable and happy to help with questions. Great selection of basics and lots of the one off things it seems. I will always get what I can here before a Home Depot type place.

Awesome store and prices. Doesn't compare to over priced Murdocks. We drive 2 hours to see our Daughter in Peyton and always have a list to get at Big R. Wished we had one in the Greeley area again.

I was in the area and decided to check out Big R because I have never been in one. Let's start with the cute little area for customers to have a seat and have coffee. What an amazing concept!! That is very customer oriented.

Upon entering, I was greeted by an employee with a smile offering help. I didn't need any at the time as I was just going to browse around, but then found myself wanting to look at their bee supplies. There's always a friendly face wherever you turn so getting help was super easy.

I didn't particularly need anything for my hives, but who doesn't like to peruse for potential needs, right??!! Well, they did have hand cranked honey extractors that I have been eyeing. They had a plastic version and the stainless steel with a stand version, but I still need to give it thought because those extractors are not cheap nor do I need one right now. But now, I know where to get one locally.

I did need some gardening gloves but I have very small hands and am either a ladies XS or a child's XL, but with different brands, they fit differently. They don't sell ladies XS, but the child's XL fit perfectly and it was less expensive than the ladies gloves. Score!!

Not only is the staff super friendly and helpful, Big R also offers free samples of high quality dog food. So love it here!

Big R has store wide sales sometimes. We got hay, grain, dog food and bird seed for 10% savings!

As a small business owner it is important for me to be able to get materials when I need them. Thanks to Jake he makes this a pleasurable experience from quotes, ordering, finding things in store and even loading. Because of his outstanding customer service, I will continue to use Big R for all my business needs.

Jake went above and beyond. Extremely professional and kind. We had questions about a product that's out of stock, he not only offered to hold us some for Monday, but went a step above and called another store and had them hold it for us next morning. The yard guy was also awesome! All around amazing staff. You expect just so service at these places and then you get extraordinary service and it almost takes you back a little. Worth the drive every time for the Falcon Store! Also give Jake a raise he earns it.

Amazing customer service, started a hobby farm and they have spent as much time as we needed to answer questions and recomend an appropriate product for the need. We drug one associate around the store for over an hour without any complaint or irritation. Also appreciate the help that's available to load feed or hay into vehicles, especially for those incapable of doing it. Big R is a fun family outing for us, even if we don't up purchasing anything. They run several big sales throughout the year which we take advantage of.

I was searching for a specific rifle and this is the only store within a hundred miles that had it. I called and they held the gun for the entire stretch of the week until I could pick it up. The gentlemen at the gun counter were very helpful and had me squared away with my new rifle in only 30 minutes.

Staff is great, very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a lot of items you wouldn't expect, and it's fun to shop there (especially when the baby chicks arrive!)

I had to get keys made for a classic car and they didn't have the blanks, but I ordered online and they cut them for me free of charge.

I had one bad experience at Big R of Falcon, but they made it right shortly thereafter. Since then, I've returned many times and have been overall very pleased with their friendly staff and competitive pricing. I now go there regularly for fencing and feed. It's a small store so I do have to visit other hardware stores for things like lumber and copper piping, but if I know Big R has it, they're my first stop!
