The Falcon Dutch Bros is always full of happy folks making whatever fancy coffee drink you want, snow or shine, dark or day. Though the drive thru line may look long, it moved quickly and efficiently, and you can always park and walk up to the window as well. This winters Hazelnut Truffle Mocha is really yum, but the peppermint will remain my favorite.

Cookie crumble cold brew on cold brew day, plus a sticker! Super awesome, not too sweet of a drink

Have only been a handful of times so far, but the employees really knock it out of the park! Friendly, kind, and easygoing - phenomenal customer service. The drinks are also delicious! The wait in the drivethrough has always been short, though I have gone at less busy hours.

I ordered two large teas, teas are good as always. the employees were very nice, Terra (not sure if I spelled that right) was greeting and helping me at the window very kindly. I know sometimes it gets too busy I have to wait quite long time but it is understandable since dutch bro is very famous. I never order teas from any other coffee franchise but I love that dutch bro have so many options.

While this place is busy, they're usually pretty fast. They are always friendly and serve with a smile. This is my favorite Dutch location.

Dutch Bros has become my new standard for gauging customer service. Their coffee is great, don't get me wrong, and their menu is about 3 miles long. But their customer service stands far above almost any other place, food service or not

Starbucks was closed during the cold weather and Dutch Bros was open. I decided to try Dutch Bros amf was very impressed with the quality and prices. Sorry starbucks, you might have lost one...

This is my duch bros. They are never busy, always friendly, and willing to make you something new for you to try. I love coming here. To get in is a little nuts dou to construct, but that will not always be the case.

This was the best place I ever ordered from I ordered a mango smoothie and it was so fresh and you can taste the mango mixed with the whipped cream on top of you ordered the whipped cream option overall this is a 5/5 if I could I would rate it 10/10

Outstanding customer service! ALWAYS friendly, regardless of who is taking your order. We are frequent card carrying members and our order has NEVER been wrong unless we are the ones who screwed it up. My favorite place in Falcon. They come out in freezing weather when the line gets long. I just can't say enough about the amazing service. Other fast food restaurants in the area could learn a lot from them. 🥳

I stop everytime that I come to falcon and always leave with a smile even when the wait is long. The employees are always kind and have a smile. They have many different choices which can be overwhelming but they are always willing to help you find a delicious drink!

Great service, Very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish they worked a little better on there Golden Eagle, its still no comparison to Starbucks Caramel Macchiato.

Always great service and delicious treats. My favorites are Christmas morning chai, golden eagle and strawberry horchata. The employees are always happy (which says a lot) and I've actually had some very cool conversations with them. Highly recommended😁

We think very highly of this company! They treat their employees well and then they are great at customer service! We visited on National Doggy Day and my rescue dog received a free pup bandana & pup cup & treat bone!

They are so sweet and nice every time I come. The guy. Idk his name but he even drew a little dragon on my drink! I didn't notice until I got home but it really made my day. I had a rough day and they made it better. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
