3 STARS VAPE & TOBACCO

This is the only vape store in Richmond that I frequent. The blonde female manager is very friendly, so is the owner, Mike. Both are great and there is always a good selection of vapes.

My experience with 3 Stars Vape has been above and beyond, with both products and customer service. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly, good customer service is a deal breaker. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my health and Mike and Brittney are always extremely open and honest about my questions (I ask a lot)🥴 and I’ve never felt rushed, even when there’s other customers in there. It’s a great network because the customers are always patient too.❤ Quality is worth waiting for in any atmosphere. My first visit there I was greeted by the owners son who was also professional 😊 and he even knew how to ring me up.

So I have an update. Still a wonderful place. I hadn’t been there for a while and I went in yesterday and the man the guy accidentally gave me the wrong kind of Kratom because it was next to the larger one that I asked for. I went in today to tell them that it was wrong and there was a blonde shoulder length hair boy that had an attitude because I took three that made me sleep for almost 24 hours. Mike has ALWAYS been great about me returning things that weren’t right for me, including a $75 bottle of CBD oil. These are the kind of people that make good customers like me stay away from places like that when the owner is not there to watch over them. Mike, as soon as I’m able to come back in when you’re there I would love to be able to discuss this with you and erase this review.The boy in the store said I was irate and calling him names and would not call you so that I could speak to you. If you could please give me a call I would really really appreciate that Mike, thank you.

So this is my revised review….
The next time I went to the store the “punk” that I had referred to was there. He was NOT a punk at all, he had forgotten about our incident when I told him but before I said anything he was a perfect salesman and employee. I hope he sees this because I told him I was going to change my review. We all have bad days and carry it with us that turns into misplaced anger. Not that Aubrey displayed that but I know I’m guilty of it. Thank you so much Aubrey for being so helpful to me and my sister. ❤🎄🤩

This vape shop is the best! They got all the goodies and the best friendly customer service I have found at any vape shop throughout the years. They have great flavors of vape juice as well! I fell in love withe beautiful amazing fun girl that works there as soon as she said hello. If this vape shop wasn't so dope I would find out what they had that was good and still go there, bc the customer service is great. Great shop. Great products. Good price!

Nice shop. Very clean and organized. A lot to choose from. Good selection of disposable Vapes. The employees there are friendly and quick to jump in and help you. And this store has some great hours open late and open every day.

Actually on my way back to this great place now. The manager helped me and was so friendly! When I asked if his delta 8 products works he replied saying he doesn't sell anything that doesn't. Highly recommend this location!

Bought some cool gifts...very helpful personel.

Best customer service in a long time! They stay open till midnight on the weekends & also have reasonable hours during the week.(I was also told to call if they have closed & more than likely someone is there to open the store) They have a huge selection of all inventory & they are very knowledgeable as well! I highly suggest stopping by even if it's only to say "Welcome to the neighborhood!" If you are interested in what they have to offer I definitely recommend checking it out! ⭐⭐⭐ Vape

Brittany gave me amazing service. Shop has a good variety of tobacco and nicotine products and plenty of vaporizers. Prices are good, nothing outrageous like some other stores around Richmond. 🌝

I've been to several vape stores in Richmond and this is by far the best. I'm very sad about AVAIL closing so I was searching for new vape store and I'm so glad I found 3 Stars in Lakeside. Change your name to 5 Stars Vape!

This is the best vape shop I have ever been to. I have made this destination my one and only place to get get vape stuff and it pays off. They have GREAT prices, they often give discounts to me, and they are knowledgeable on any questions you may have.

Good guy. He has great prices. Huge selection of cbd and many other items and the owner is super nice. Anyone around lakeside should frequent this shop. Has all vaping and smoking related products as well.
