Quiet and cool

HELEN HAS A DEMONIC FORCE INSIDE OF HER BODY! Think twice before shopping at her store. I recently had a negative experience at Fas Mart with Ms Helen. Despite paying for tobacco products, I was refused and treated poorly. Customer service is essential, and this fell short of expectations. I recommend addressing concerns directly with store management for a resolution. HELEN is store management! Do not shop here! Don’t feed the demon. Starve it.

The lakeside location is the absolute worst Ms Helen the store manager is rude to customers as well as employees..I use more gas and travel to the Chamberlayne Rd locations instead of dealing with her.She has a very smart alec tone and demeanor and very rude to her employees as well...

The girl couldn’t get off her personal phone long enough to hear what I was asking for. Sold me the wrong item mid work day so I cannot return to swap it. The phone is disconnected, the line was absurd to the point the people in front of me were murmuring and having to open and consume items they were purchasing. Socializing and being obnoxiously loud ignoring customers.

The absolute slowest gas station around.. takes all employees to ring up 1 customers and as the line backs up every customer has to insert card multiple times for transaction. And the clerks have no care in the world just there to take up time. Something needs to be done about this station urgently because I'm out of patience

1 cashier on at all times. Lines 6 people deep with multiple people working. They still won't open another register. This is the worst convenience store that I frequent.

Was refused entry into store because my service animal was a “pitbull.” My lawyer will be contacting the owner of the store to have a talk with his employees.

I've been going to this store as a kid.. but I have to say they have a terrible lady running this Fastmart (hellen) she is super disrespectful....I spend at least 300 a weekend filling my boat and truck up and she does not care about that at all or customers... very very not a business person...I own a business and none of my customers would ever b treated this way....on top of it all there's a guy with his service dog that I have witnessed she was unbelievable the way she treated him...

Credit card machines rarely work, a man sits out front and harrasses customers, and maybe it is due to the inefficient machines there is always a long wait to pay for purchases.

I think the drunks outside would do a better job. Expect a long line and an incapable cashier.

It's says Fasmart is open 24 hours. I just walked there at 1 in the morning and they said they were closed. False advertising. They need to update their information.

price gouging
