the customer service from both the sales person Delane AND the delivery drivers was awesome! and the delivery was Super quick as we just ordered Friday night AND Monday was a holiday and it’s already here,hooked up and ready to go! And the Best part is that Olums was able to price match Best Buy and with delivery and everything it actually worked out to be a few dollars LESS than Best Buy! & it Felt so good knowing I was supporting a local family instead of a big box retailer!

Olums is a good store the sales people are kind and accommodating. Delivery came when they said it would, brought in the new and took out the old.

We came in needing a new fridge and we met Deena. Right from the start she was great! It’s like she knew what I was looking for, wasn’t pushy and was very pleasant. We also got a new king bed!! She went out of her way to keep us within our budget and made it work!! Our delivery date was a couple days away- and we had a quick, flawless delivery from Logan and Aaron! They were quick, professional and worked very well together. Had everything set up and hooked up and even stopped to pet our very large cat! Really nice selection and very competitive prices compared to competitors. Our sales associate was incredibly helpful and was instrumental in getting the furniture we ordered to us in less than three weeks (other stores were quoted 4-6 months). We are so far really happy with the purchase and I definitely plan on returning for my future furniture needs!

We walked into Olums last night 5 minutes before closing. We needed to buy an oven right then, for a closing on our house that was happening at 9:00am the next morning.
They were awesome getting us purchased oven wrapped up and loaded on our truck.

I had a great experience today. I walked in, and no one came to greet me. Personally I am happy about that because I don’t like to talk to anyone while I browse. Everything was maintained nicely and the store was immaculate. When I finally found the couch I would like to purchase, I went over to some employees and met Deena who was very lovely. She helped me through the entire purchase and was super friendly. I loved that, customer service goes a long way and I’ll definitely be back in the future if I need more furniture. Deena was very clear from point A to Z on what to expect. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I hope to have her the next time I come back. Thank you again!

We needed a new washing machine and after searching the big box stores with no luck, we tried Olum's. Was my first time working with them and was very pleased with the service, knowledgeable staff and selection. And they even had the unit I was looking for in stock at a very fair price! Will shop here again!

I bought a KitchenAid dishwasher. They had it in stock and for a fair price with a price match guarantee over 30 days I believe. The delivery people were courteous when they brought it to my house and took away my old dishwasher. The salesman in the store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have a friend who’s going to do the installation, but I purchased the extended warranty and if I don’t have to use it in the next so many years I get to take the money and spend it on something else in their store. I enjoyed shopping at Olums!

My salesperson, Deanna was excellent. She was extremely compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. I needed a refrigerator quickly, due to a situation created by another home improvement store. She was able to get the merchandise delivered quickly and resolve an issue that left me without a refrigerator, due to another company’s delivery team dropping the ball. Olum’s delivery team was excellent as well. All three of the gentleman were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. This was by far the best delivery experience that I have encountered pertaining to appliances. They excelled after another home improvement store’s delivery team created a real debacle. I would recommend Olum’s team for appliances all day long!!

Sales person was helpful but no high pressure to buy. Delivery was on time, with courteous, professional assembly. One very small issue with a tiny trim piece missing was handled immediately with excellent result. The piece is beautiful in my space!

Olum's delivered our dining set exactly as ordered. The set arrived earlier than expected and was in perfect shape. The delivery people were very professional and arrived just before the window they had given us and assembled the table quickly and efficiently. I recommend Olum's as a go to place for furniture.

Loveseat came in in less than 4 weeks. Was quoted 10 - 14 weeks so I was very happy when it cam early. The salesperson, Joe, was friendly and called to let us know when it had come in. He made it easy and convenient for us to pick it up.

Good service, appliance arrived quickly and seems to be good quality. Prices for furniture are a little high, but quality across the store seems to be good. I appreciate that they don’t try to upset you and we were in and out quickly !

The staff is always very helpful and not pushy. They listen to what we are looking for and offer options that will fit our needs and price range. We have always worked with salesman John Champ. We can't say enough good things about him.
The store has the brands we want with competitive pricing found at other area stores.
