McDonald's

This is my favorite location to visit on deliveries!
There is a specific daytime manager that you can tell he is very good at what he does when it comes to teamwork and making sure everything runs smoothly! Everything is always packaged, very neatly and everyone is very nice. Although during the night time shift it is extremely different. Also, this location is very clean 🫧

I don't know if it was just today. The crew was incredible. I don't give out compliments super easily. Today's food reminded me of childhood. I know that sounds stupid. But, it was exactly the way McDonalds is supposed to be. Absolutely amazing.
The line for drive-thru was super long. However, it went super fast. 10/10

I visited yesterday for to go breakfast, I was immediately welcomed and the pleasant lady took my order and brought it to me in a very timely manner! I was shocked because I stopped at Wendy's on east circle drive and stood at the counter for 15 minutes and then the lady comes in from outside chatting and says sorry I didn't know you were here. I left and went to McDonald's and that's where I'll go in the future.

This is a clean and bright McDonald with huge windows, lots of light, a newer layout with cool furniture, and great internal signage. Quick service. Warm food. Attentive staff. Fun holiday decorations.

Was told by employee " we dont have nuthin like that when i soecified a menu item listed on my app- online ordered for pick up . I wound up not getting my deal and paying more than twice as much for less food than i needed for my two young children and my husband- everyone was tired and needed to be fed as preschoolers rely on structure routines and our family operates around the necessary schedule. So I had to just order whatever while we all sat in the drive through expecting to just be picking up a previously placed online order!

Order taken quick. The wait for food a little long. I was asked to make sure my order was all there and it wasn't. The sever went back in and brought out what I was missing. Asked if I needed and sides I said a side of Mac sauce and was told I can't it's 60cents extra. Wow ok I could have been just given it since I waited 20 mins for my food😕

Touch screen is a nice touch. Pun intended. There were games for all ages. My 3yo was able to work on his fine motor and have fun. Clean place, including the restroom. Service was very quick. Staff was lovely, clean and willing to help with issues McDonald's had with their app.

They were very polite when I asked them to remake my food they are very considerate I will defiantly recommend this McDonald’s and will return definitely 5stars

The staff at the route 11 location are so friendly. They make my days better each morning that I get my large mocha, with extra sugar. The ladies are wonderful and each staff member are so happy. 💯 my favorite location.

Atleast they are faster and food is fresher then the one at the eastside one (on rt 104), in Oswego, NY where their food and service sucks big time!!!
And the wait is ridiculous!!!

Wow I have never reviewed a fast food restaurant before but I just had to this time. I just picked up an online order with a lot of specifics (picky family lol) and they didn't get one thing incorrect! Amazing service! I have to say as well everything looks very nicely cooked as well. Great job!

This McDonald's is one of the best in the area. This is the one I choose to frequent even though another may be closer. I have been here many times and I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with this location. I won't review the food or prices because it's all the same wherever you go, but this McDonald's definitely has great staff, is very clean, and efficient.

Out of the 3 McDonald's in the area, this one has the better service. When you ask for special orders, such as fresh burgers or fries they don't hesitate to do so. The location on 31, and the other McDonald's near the airport however aren't that great. This location keeps up on their cleanliness as well, the bathrooms are always spotless, and so is the dining area. Managers on shift are amazingly nice, and will do anything to ensure a happy customer, unlike the other 2 locations.

Very clean, staff was fantastic and friendly. My sandwich was fresh and hot.

I had a really good bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. It was fresh and delicious. I would get it again.

Service was very pleasant and efficient, dispute the heavy traffic at the time. Quality standards are always consistently excellent. You get what you ordered. Micky D's coffee is GOOD, and a great deal.

Just want to say thank you. Managers, usually my issue is with the night shift crews of fast food chains. Whatever you're doing, keep it up. I come through almost nightly and it's about as consistent as anyone can hope. Way more times than not the fries are piping hot and order is accurate.
Note to the night crew - Even though nights can be tough to keep motivated and deliver quality service and product, I for one, really appreciate your hard work.
I rely on the large French vanilla ice coffees to keep me awake when I work through the nights so I appreciate it very very much. Keep it up ladies and gents.

I get coffee here because I won't wait in line at dunkin donuts for 25 minutes next door. Weekend help is not nearly as competent as the folks that work during the week. They struggle to decipher the difference between sugar, sweet & low and Splenda. They are all pretty nice. This is a better McDonald's than most.

Food was very good, hot and fresh. The drive through was fast.
