Always like checking out the new items here.... cashier up front very friendly....I came in here to check out some new air line connections... these are a new item, I found them and made a purchase....

In and out, have a lot of tools here for at home auto repairs. Detail stool broke off a wheel after 3 years. But can be fixed. Still have most of my tools and my drills work very well, as good as my expensive Craftsman, just not quite as powerful. Still gets the job done. Pro series hand tools are still working well after 6 years. Some of the help aren't consumer friendly, like their the competition, such as Ace Hardware. But the prices are still good, tools are solid, no Hassle lifetime warranty on mechanics tools. We're good to go here.

Great store with helpful staff. Well stocked and if you need help the staff are more than willing to help you out and answere questions. This is a good place to get decent quality tools at reasonable prices. Great for homeowners and small businesses.

I shop there so much that every employee knows me including the manager off the store.you can not find a better priced tool store and accessories. If you buy their warranty (Based on purchase price you can buy a 1 or 2 year warranty and bring the item back with no questions. I bought my compressor there today for a gift the warranty was $8 dollars for one year. I used it to make sure it worked great All employees are helpful and knowledgeable. 5 Stars plus

I can’t believe how great the staff is here. People can shame harbor freight tools all they want, but for the prices and variety of items they carry, it’s always a great experience shopping here.

Gina did a great job on my friends hair and my granddaughters hair. I wish she had done mine as I'm not too happy with the way mine turned out.

Had to grab a socket to change my brake light and caught a great deal on a set! So I grabbed two and a few other things! Staff was great, store was clean as always! plenty of tools at a great price to pick from!

The quality of the tools are always getting better. Great place to save hundreds compared to big name brands.

They typically have what you need and for cheap. I wouldn’t expect it to last FOREVER like a name brand tool. However their tools get the job done and they are average quality. I recommended if you don’t wanna spend 5 grand on a snap on tool truck. Helpful service and staff too.

My husband and his partner have an auto body shop, and they get all their supplies and tools here because the prices are great and the staff is so helpful and pleasant! Great place!! AND FYI, if you have your own business and do a lot of your shopping here, they set up an account and give you a discount! And everyone who is starting a business, or had one for years, knows that it's great when you get to save a little bit on your business expenses!

Walked in today and noticed that they had a sign that said that maximum capacity was 25 people due to covid-19. With that being said I had no issues. As soon as I walk in I am a most always ways greeted and asked if they can help me find something. I said what I was looking for and they instantly directed me to what I was looking for and I was in and out in no time at all. Store is clean and always stocked. If they don't have what your looking for on the shelves most definitely ask if they have any in the back room and they usually do. I have never encountered them being out of anything I am looking to purchase. Harbor freight rocks!

You can get some really good deals here. Some of the stuff is good and some not. Good place to get cheap tools that you don't use often. They recently started getting better quality options.Whatever your budget or project is you can probably find something here.

I always Harbor Freight for my favorite purchases! Best store ever. Love their tools and lighting! Never am disappointed, always walk out with more than I intended.

Can't beat the prices. The coupons they have, no other place can even come close. Free stuff with any purchase. There's a variety of products they offer. Very reasonable return policy. Definitely worth getting extended warranty

I have shop there for so many years I was there when they opened up and they been threw so many managers but you know what It didn't change nothing they all friendly even the cashiers they are so nice if you forgot your add they will still give the selling price and they don't have something they will call the another store I did my Automotive garage with Harbor freight tools and they have life time warranty just bring it in and they will replace it with no problem and the year member ship it is will worth it I think they have a lot of respect for everyone that walks in that store. . thank you Rick young from long time shopper and life time membership

My husband makes special Trips just to this store. He loves the place & has taken many of friends there with him. I haven't herd of any complaints yet. Yes they do stand by the warranties.

Very Safety Oriented Staff! Krissy checked us out and is exremely on the ball! Knew where everything was we thought we needed. Her customer service skills didn't drop a beat when an older gentleman interrupted our transaction and just rudely took her attention away from me but she handled it with Grace and I told her she was a better person than I was!
