Taco Bell

It's amazing how a franchise like taco Bell can have such different atmospheres at different locations. Every time I'm close to the Taco Bell on Brewerton Rd I make a point to grab some grub. The atmosphere and customer service is always top notch. It seems like every time I go the same associate is working the window. I'm not sure her name but she's got blonde hair probably mid 20's always has a smile and is very professional. Upper management needs to consider her for a management role if she's not already.

Music was to loud other then that they were nice and fast service.

Bathroom was not clean

Stopped in with my daughter's to use the two free taco vouchers I received for a previous bad experience. Everything was right back to the normal quality I have come to favor about this location. I didn't get any photos this time but our grilled cheese burrito's were as good as could be. Yo quiero mas.

They always take great care of me… better than all the other fast food places on this strip… good crew knows how to serve customers with kindness and speed. Star studded roster

Family is home sick, so I took a chance ordering our Taco Bell for delivery through the app!
Cant say enough! Food delivery was quick, food was still hot and the quality of my order was great! (Delivery guy even called to tell me it was on my porch so it didn’t get cold) Kudos to Taco Bell and the delivery driver!!

5 stars for James (maybe Jamie)who helped me with an incorrectly placed order. Very very good service, hope someone commends him.

I feel so bad for the employees. They are kind and work hard. I went there for my lunch today and saw & heard a woman THREATEN to fight an employee over a soda. It’s insane to me what people expect in this world. I am vegan and have to heavily modify my order , and they nailed it! Even comped me a large soda for my wait (which was not even 10 minutes).
Give these guys a raise and a paid vacation!!!

Such a nice taco bell! There was a small problem yesterday (hey things happen!) and we were unable to pick up the meal we had put in online. I spoke with both Kirk on the phone and Ed in person and they were great! Ed was absolutely wonderful in person and was so accommodating, not only to me but to the others who came in after me. Very friendly personable staff. Thank you again!

Only fast rood I go to nearby on my lunch break lol. The drive is worth it with the excellent service. I wish every fast food place gave as much of a value as this one 🙌

I came through the drive through and I made a mistake on my order...Theresa Was very understanding and happilly took care of the change... It was very refreshing for someone to have a good attitude About a simple mistake And help me fix it without battling a lash....ty very much...

Busy, waited to place order. Hands full 2 employees entered the restraunt ahead of me, and each one held the doors for me. Very friendly. Just surprising one of them smelled of weed as I passed by. To each their own.

This is a first. But i have to say this was the best visit to Taco Bell I have ever had. The food was really fresh and crisp. The shells crunchy and not soggy. The flavor was where it should be.

I thought 3 stars was average. And pretty fair for fast food. However, today I noted that the owner of this very clean, fast, and efficient fast food restaurant saw a 3 star rating and contacted me out of worry that the had done something wrong! I see that as a commitment to customer service excellence as they are striving to be the best! The food at this particular taco Bell is usually to the counter within 2 minutes and in the years I have been going here, have never had a problem with my food. Some of the cashier's there even know my name as soon as I walk in! Even the newer staff are very friendly and always with a smile! Great place for a quick bite!!! Great job, very clean restaurant. If I could give it 10 more stars for what it is, I would.

Taco Bell is one of the only consistent fast food places anymore. Keep mixin' it up with reasonable prices. My new favorite is the Nacho Fries Steak + white hot ranch. I sub the ghost pepper ranch with avocado ranch!

This is a well-run location just off the airport. I’ve never had a bad experience here and always stop by on the way out after dropping someone off at the Syracuse Airport.

Friendly and quick, staff here are on point and always ready for you. The drive thru can be busy but it moves quick. I just wish they had an outside trash can but that’s about it!

The service at this Taco Bell has always been friendly. My orders are accurate and the food is prepared well - I've never had a problem here. There is often a (relatively) long wait at the drive through during all different hours and the drive-thru has a strange shape to it.
