I have been to several different locations in my area over the last month for a couple of issues and no matter what location I visited, the guys were friendly, kind and expeditious in getting my problem solved. Just had to get a last minute inspection. They has it done in less than 30 minutes, and I had made the appt the day prior. Customer service was great.

Very pleased purchased new tires less than a year ago picked up a nail in one not fixable replacement tire was very discounted due to the Road Hazard warranty fast and friendly service

Purchased tires and scheduled install online. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff at the counter. Service was in and out for a new set of tires. I mentioned an issue w/leaking rim and they cleaned and sealed the rim. Overall very happy with my purchase and experience! Thank you; I now longer have to carry an airpump everywhere I go!

Pep Boys always does a great job! It's super easy to make an appointment online, and Cody does a great job of making me feel valued as a customer and addressing my vehicle maintenance concerns. You should give him a raise, he's an asset to your company! Keep up the good work.

Every single time I bring my car to Pep Boys it is a pleasant experience. Lucas was extremely helpful and he and Cody were working the counter like pros, paying attention and helping everyone at once... highly recommend.

Easy to make appointments, much quicker than dealers or other locals. Always start on time. Offer an inspection report defining short and long term needs right away. Normally can complete the work immediately without having to reschedule. Competitive prices and discounts or sales are usually available. Happy to work while you wait, rather than push a drop off, although that is available too. Consistency in staff, not a new face every time. Does your provider feel like this or more like a hustle?

Everytime I go to the Cicero location the guys that work there are always very nice and efficient!

My wife got a flat tire after a long days of work. I took the tire in 15 minutes before closing. Lucas got me in no problem got the tire repaired right away. Excellent experience!!! We also had a great conversation while the tire was being repaired. 🤙👌☝

Had an oil change and inspection done. Made my appointment online, got right in! Service was fast and they found no problems with my vehicle unlike anywhere else I've taken my car! Will definitely return!

Always take my vehicles to PB in Cicero for Oil Changes etc. Those guys do a good job

Lucas was great. All I needed was a last minute oil change. He didn’t try and sell me anything. I waited in the waiting room. They were finished within an hour. I also appreciate the vehicle talk back and forth between the guys.

This is one of my favorite Pep Boys in the nation, not just locally. I travel extensively, and the local shops have had my back for years. I find this my local favorite because it’s easier to catch lunch nearby while I wait. We just had a tire blowout on a cross country trip. It was only $20 replacement with our road hazard insurance, plus the new hazard insurance for the replacement tire. They got that, my synthetic oil change, and tires rotated and it wasn’t even two hours. They are polite, happy to see me, and never drum up some pretended charges for me or my family.
