Ace Hardware

Traveling north on 25 my mirror almost came off needed hardware to secure it. The great men in the store open earlier than 8am just for me just to stay on the road. Then told me Happy Thanksgiving and wouldn’t let me pay. I am a customer for life thanks Ace Hardware.

Brian was super helpfull. Looking for a gift and although they did not have it in stock he took time to see if anothet other store had it, and did guide me to find other items. Nice to know great service still exists.

I really like this place. Super knowledgeable about all there products and what they don't know they will learn with. Great dudes and very veteran friendly with a vet discount of I think 10%-15%. Great return policy.

Easily the most affordable hardware store in Cheyenne. It's a small location, but jam-packed full of quality tools and they offer a damn-fine military discount!

It is nice to have a good hardware store in the neighborhood.

Biggest and best hardware selection ever. The customer service is amazing, they walk you to the bin, double check and ask how many you need. It's like having your own personal shopper.

They know what they have, which is good. At least when I called they did. Also they had Christmas lights at 20% off. PS I couldn't find any lights that were made domestically, so there would be no reason not to purchase them where they are decently priced. They still had some left last week if you are planning for next season.

I was sent on a mission to this Ace by my husband to find a bunch of random hardware items for a wood stove install. He said go to Ace not Lowes or Home. Depot, because Ace always has these kind of random things and usually have someone who shows up to help you when you walk in the door. Well that someone was Oscar and he was a real gem. I had no idea what the things on my husband’s list were, much less where to find them. Oscar immediately set out and found every one in no time at all. It was so refreshing to be helped by a sales associate who was so knowledgeable about the products in the store they work at. Thank you Oscar!

Great Hardware store to have in our neighborhood. The prices are high on some things compared to Lowes or Home Depot, but some things are actually cheaper, and the convenience of not having to go into and through one of those big guys is fantastic as well. The workers have always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as well.

Alex here helped me in 5 minutes what I couldn’t get help on after 20 minutes at Lowes.

Definitely a great touch of customer service, and I didn’t even know Cheyenne got an Ace until now.

Will return for future needs before the big box stores knowing they are here.

Very nice staff and a good selection of stuff you need. I had a coupon but it wasn't working. That annoyed me, but it wasn't the employees fault.

Customer service is great here. I had bought a shower cartridge that was faulty from the manufacturer, they let me return in with no hassle. They are always really helpful.

New store in Cheyenne Wyoming. Checked it out. Need to advertise more. Been here since August someone said. There's one in Ft Collins Colorado we are use to going too. We Had a gift card. Spent it in Cheyenne.👍 $100 bucks it was. Cheyenne bigger than the 65,000 population total. We have huge Warren AFB, few thousand people. and our county people number in the thousands of people. We draw from Nebraska and small close towns. You could be losing out on Business. We support twice city numbers. Have the Largest Highest paying Rodeo in America and your store in great location next to Frontier Park. I'm a business owner. Your missing sales. Marketing needs to take a better look. Just saying.
