BlackMarket Vape & Smoke - South Greeley

Went to Black Market Vape and have been going for a few years now. Jared and Bailey helped me in store. They were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I definitely felt like I left the store with more knowledge on my vape rig and disposables. Love this store and loved having these two help me!!!

Sam is the MAN! This past Sunday, February 25th, I had an o-ring crisis that I could not figure out. I was scheduled to leave that morning on a four hour road trip, each way, with a non-working vape. I woke up at 0500 hrs., tried to fix it again, but it was still "spitting" at me. After waiting three hours, one cup of coffee with no nicotine, I drove to the South Greeley location. Irritated, I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by Sam, with a smile, "welcome to Black Market Vape." I explained to Sam my problem and that I had no idea how to fix it. He told me it was not a problem and he would handle it. Sam sold me a blueberry Red Bull, a Black Cherry Geek Bar Pulse, to hold me over while he went to work. In between helping other customers, Sam disassembled the tank, cleaned it, and replace all the o-rings, that I provided, in less than 30 minutes. I was seriously impressed with Sam's multi-tasking, customer service skills, and his efficiency. Well done Sam!!

My first time purchasing here, got help from Bailey and he was great! Super nice and knowledgeable. Showed my boyfriend and I as many different products as we wanted to see and was so patient. My boyfriend uses the other shop across town frequently and likes it as well.

I am a kratom retail business owner. Typically, I am not wowed by a customer experience, and I usually find myself picking apart interactions with staff from a business similar to my own finding the flaws in the interaction. I was beyond pleased with my customer experience, their pricing and products.

My experience here was flawless. Sam was educated on the products I had interest in. He also navigated beautifully though the proper verbiage to ensure I had the knowledge of the products but steered clear from verbiage that would get the business or/and himself into merky legal waters. When he was unsure of a question he used his resources and asked his coworker. He wrapped up the experience with requesting we leave an honest Google review about our interaction and their products.

Initially my wife and I planned on only purchasing a cheap disposable for a quick pick up, but Sam upsold me on not only the better disposable (elf thc), but a house disposable, and then up-sold us on 2 of the crispy blunts. One crispy blunt was thc, the other was a kratom/kava. The THC crispy blunts were tasty and effective. The kratom/kava one had the bitter kratom under tone, but overall weren't bad for a kratom or kava edible. I've had so many products that were far worse. Both of my disposables were well worth the money.

Their prices were on point and competitive. Customer service was flawless and their products were all effective. My only critique would be to keep the products more centralized and not so scattered. I know they have more products I would like, but with not having all the thc in one area and all the kratom in another. It's a big store with alot of retail real-estate, just organizing the cases for a better overall flow would have helped me lock into the variety of products they carry.

Sam was a pleasure to shop with. I definitely think management should keep an eye on him because he has the potential to excel in our industry! My wife and I will definitely be returning customers and can't wait to try more of the products they carry.

I have been meaning to leave a review for ages, but I'm always just so content with the experience that I walk away happy and forget.
This store employs people who appear to love their jobs. They are helpful and kind and friendly 100% of the time.
They almost always have my juice flavor, and when they don't, they communicate the order status and offer alternate suggestions.
Most recently when they were out of my coils for 2 weeks in a row, they hooked me up with a disposable tank to get me through.
Anddd lastly, their new rewards/point system is 10/10.
All around - great experience, highly recommend.

I love this shop it's location is convient for me and the people are always friendly. Special thanks to Devin today I had know idea about their rewards program and I come in all the time. He hooked me up today and gave me that information so thank you for that excellent service by far my best experience their was today consid we ring o could have been earning for months!!

Absolutely love the location on south Greeley they are very kind and understanding. Always give you the best service every time you come in thank you Sam and Lenny you two were very helpful and went out of your way to help me with my purchase definitely will only go to this location from here on out.

The new guy his name started with S. Sam. I had a stroke I'm doing good to remember to pee. He was awesome. Even played foozball to hemp me anger my wife. Great guy.

Bailey and Jared were incredibly insightful when it came to vape juices and mods. Would highly recommend having them help you whenever you go in!!!!!!!!

Black Market is hands down across 4 states we've been to that always has the answers if we have questions. They knowledgeable in everything in their store! We love y'all!

If you need vape equipment, juice, coils this is the go to place in Cheyenne. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need flavor recommendations or just looking for something new the variety of flavors makes this a one stop shop for your vaping needs. They also seem to have a ton of glass ware and accessories if that is more your taste.

Works are great ever time I go in to the store they are hard at work and always have a friendly demeanor

No matter what the problem we have with our mods they fix them. The same with coils if it doesn't work they replace it with one that works. I love everyone that works there. They always say hi the minute you walk in the door even if they are with an other customer. I love their customer service it's the bomb for a vape store.
