Decent prices, average pump speed. Did not have any interaction with with employees. Great, quick place to get gas.

People who work at the store are very nice they work very hard and I'm grateful that this 7-Eleven has such great people working here

I'm rating this 7-Eleven location in the Lutz, Florida area on North Dale Mabry Highway four out of five stars or an above average rating. This store and gas station combination was clean but is in need of some renovation due to general wear. I'm giving them four stars however based on better than expected customer service from the store clerks during my visit.

The 7 eleven in Lutz is wonderful . it is well cleaned and stand are kind and respectful. Even some of the staff are so nice to rember your name and age so you don't have to take out your I'd.

Parking is horrible...

The other day and again today you have merchandise over a special price sale sign. The issue is your employees keep putting the wrong item at in the special price area. The wrong sign twice in one week shame. As a supervisor at a store the rule is whatever merchandise is at the sign you have to give the customer the merchandise @ that price. Both your employee refuse to honor the sign and the mistake. It's not the customer job to figure out your specials and the correct price. Please run your store better or hire smart people. 😱😱😱 sad.
