I have been coming here for 4 years. Never had any issues. They are very nice.

Jonny at the printing counter was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain where we went wrong with our paper thickness, etc. He then ran our project again with a different paper, so that we could get the results we needed. Very appreciative for his kindness!

Erick Lindstrand and Team are very attentive to customers. Clean and organized shelving. Excellent resources of you cannot find an item. Helpful and over all friendly environment to be in. Keep up the great work!

I was returning a mail order package and the staff was very helpful to assist me in printing the return label and prepare the package for pick up.

I must say I was provided the best customer service I've ever experienced at an office supply store. I sent my wife with an email attachment and the gentleman in Print Services showed her how to send it so they could print out flyers for our non-profit, Warrior Horse. They printed, cut, and delivered in record time with the best attitude. Well done!

A very knowledgeable associate helped us find what we needed in a timely manner. Well pleased.

I visited Office Depot today for the hundredth time or more, and as I was entering, I noticed a worker who was, I assume, just starting his shift, immediately behind me. As a result, he stepped right in to help when he saw that there were some toner cartridges to recycle, even though there was another employee woman over by the printing section who was yelling for me to come down to where the registers were open. Instead, this guy (his name is Jerry) encouraged me to just remain where I was, and he took care of me. He was quite friendly. He offered to go get me a case of ream paper because I also needed one. Knowing the item is heavy, he then offered to deliver them out to my car. I'm an Operations Supervisor at an upscale salon and spa in the area, and I have a lot of experience in customer service. Every time I've visited Office Depot, service has never been as good as it was today. I'm not sure how much they pay Jerry, but it ought to be higher. I am aware of this because he is the kind of worker who puts the needs of the company before his own, even though these are Office Depot customers rather than Jerry's. What a wonderful person, he definitely need to be promoted.

I had no idea what I was looking for to charge a friend's phone and watch. The service rep found what I needed for the phone and went out of her way to search to find what I needed for the watch and found something at Target. Great service rep!

The selection and prices at Office Depot and good. But, the staff that works there is fantastic. They always answer questions and the staff at copy center goes way beyond what is expected. You can find most things at different locations, but you won't find people as nice as they are anywhere else. Good job to the staff of Office Depot!

The east 70th store went above and beyond to help get the office chair I needed, and was able to get it assembled that day. I love my Serta Arlington smart layers chair it’s so comfy and gives great lumber support

Salesman very full of of compassion once I told him I needed picture for a funeral he made sure that I gotten the job completed the same day he was. Awesome..

If you want a seem less shopping experience when purchasing your school supplies and office needs this is the place to go. Ask for Andrae W., his customer service is the best by far, and I've worked in customer service related jobs for 10+ years. Shooooooo He better that me! LOL Give him a store or let him train some people. Everybody needs an Andrae W. on their staff.

I received the best customer service experience at The Print Shop. I was trying to get to FedEx to get copies made but they were more interested in closing on time. I then asked if there was another option and they suggested The Office Depot near them. It was so good to be able to walk in, have a smiling face that was more focused on customer service than the end of the day and getting out of there. Love how quick, responses and service oriented the staff was
