Clarice and Macayla were awesome. I have ALWAYS had great customer service at this Walgreens as I drive out of my way to come here. I am a professional make up artist and skin care expert and I just may apply to help deserving people love their appearances. Thank you Clarice and feel free to call me anytime. I am interested.

I've never had a bad experience here.

I am unable to note them by name, but all of the staff and pharmacists I have interacted with have been warm and cheerful, even when the store is busy.

Everyone there is super nice. Parker is a great tech who is super helpful.

I like this Walgreens. They don't follow me around. I can shop in peace. Only issue is that the music is a little too loud for me

Hi Linda (at the cash register) just wanted you to let you know that it's okay to be "kind" to people that look like me. I greeted you good morning ( loud enough and looking in your eyes so you definitely heard me) and you made sure you didn't respond. Your whole demeanor came off as if you were forcing yourself to service someone you really would rather not. It's okay, I wasn't gonna rob the place or be loud and ghetto I'm a really great human being by the way. I hope you can work on your customer service skills. We're not all bad people as you may have seen on TV. I really don't visit this location often but I think I will after today just so you can see my face 🙂

Just came through the drive thru to pick up a prescription for my brother. Sat there for about 5 mins, never getting acknowledged. So I figured I'd hit the call button, because that's what it's for. Someone said there was no reason for me to hit the button because they could see me.

Well then tell the people sitting in the DT that. No need to be rude about it. This is the second bad experience I've had here. And when I was handed my brothers prescriptions, the lady asked if I had any questions, I said no and she just walked away. No have a nice day, or good evening....

Just no professional bearing at this pharmacy. Absolutely terrible.

Some of my family members got Covid and so out entire family has been testing every week for the past 3 weeks at Walgreens . Every time we test all 6 of us go at same time in same car and gave all six swabs at same time. Today 4 of us scheduled testing in this location . When we went to drive thru to give swabs we were made to join the queue 4 times to give swabs. It takes 30 seconds to take a swab. For four people it takes less than 5 mins to take swabs. However we were made to join back the queue each time and give swabs . However the last 2 swabs were taken at same time. The entire process took 1 hour.

Wonderful pharmacy but store is quite the opposite. Dirty, disorganized with "couldn't care less" employees.

Prescriptions are much less expensive at other pharmacies. Compared using GoodRx

I really am curious to know what is the “proper procedure” (as she rudely claims) to fill a simple prescription that takes HOURS!! Some of the pharmacy staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I will look elsewhere that are professional and kind to their customers.

DO NOT COUNT ON GETTING SCRIPTS FILLED ON TIMELY BASIS!

This pharmacy has gone from slow to slower. With 100% disability due to 28 pieces of metal and 5 cadaver bones in my back. Painkillers and muscle relaxers (controlled substances) are a necessary evil. While dealing with the same medications for YEARS each month this pharmacy has delayed filling these prescriptions. You do not get an EXTRA day due to these delays, each day they delay is a day lost of that medication. Both my GP and Pain Management MDs are in concurrence on my meds and know they are never abused. Yet I'm told by a pharmacist at THIS Walgreens (no other has ever said this) that I am supposed to have someone CALL them from the Pain Management MD office. This caused a 4 DAY delay over Christmas. If this was once, once in a while, it might be tolerable. This is CONSISTENTLY the case and inexcusable.

Out of stock on prescription. Can't get a hold of anyone at pharmacy to discuss. You just stay on hold forever.

If you're ok with a pharmacy tech having total say over what you take and don't take regardless of what your well educated doctor says, this is the place for you to be. I have had this pharmacy change prescriptions so many times without notice or consent, I AM DONE! I was threatened with child services, had my son threatened to be taken off his insurance by the pharmacy clerk (I still have the recording), when I wanted to get a Rx filled elsewhere, they wouldn't release the Rx.
Now they changed my glucose meter Rx to something that's been on the shelf forever rotting (the exp date gives it away), they didn't change the lancets, I paid for, and now that they won't fit together, they won't take anything back. They also said they billed my insurance, that they looked up from my personal information without my consent, but they actually used a manufacturer's coupon on their side and gave me a receipt to show it billed to my insurance with claim reference numbers. In my world, this is called FRAUD. I'm so done.
The store side people are pretty cool though.

I arrived at Walgreens from urgent care in Menomonee Falls five minutes before eight, closing time. The staff closed windows inside and putzed around until the lights went out in the drive-through and then came and said they couldn’t fill the prescription because they were closed but it was still not quite 8 PM. I needed to high powered antibiotics and I was in severe pain. They suggested we drive to another Walgreens to get the prescription filled. All I wanted was to be home in bed. They clearly do not care about their patients and their welfare. If you say you were open till eight you should not require someone to be there by 7:30 to request a prescription fill. Then my husband went back this morning to get my prescription and I got a phone call that she looked at the wrong time stamp and it was there for pick up. Grrrrr

WORST PHARMACY! they said my prescription was going to take about 15 minutes and I was going to get a call when ready. No call or text, stop there to find the pharmacy was closed. Prescription was dropped before 7pm on 12/16/22.
