Nuckleheadz Bar & Grill

We always enjoy our food here! Our favorites are the stuffed burgers, battered cod fish fry with potato pancakes and the hangover hash. We did just learn they don’t serve burgers on Friday but they are stuffed with cheese and so yummy! The cod has a really good seasoned batter, potato pancakes seem homemade, and coleslaw and tartar sauce are both really good as well! The staff is always nice but usually is busy on weekends so can be a little wait. Atmosphere is nice and clean and they have seating away from the bar in a dining room. Definitely recommend!

Ended up at Nuckleheadz Bar and Grill in West Bend after a day of car shopping, and I must say, it was a delightful discovery. This place embodies the spirit of Wisconsin with its warm, inviting atmosphere and a menu that’s packed with hearty, delicious options. I was particularly impressed with the steak sandwich – it was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The ladies accompanying me were equally pleased with their burgers, praising the quality of the meat and the fresh toppings.

The service deserves a special mention too. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. It’s this kind of hospitality that adds to the charm of the place.

I’m looking forward to my next visit to Nuckleheadz. It’s the perfect spot to bring out-of-town guests for a true Wisconsin experience. Whether you’re a local or just passing through West Bend, this place is definitely worth a stop.

My fish fry was excellent. Had the waffle fries....delicious! Service was great as was the atmosphere. Very clean.

We were questioning our decision to come here when we arrived at the parking lot because it looked like a residence, but I’m glad we walked in the door! They accommodated a few families, let us move some tables around, and provided excellent service. The Bloody Mary was fantastic and homemade (mostly) and the food was plentiful and tasty. Excellent place.

I had the cheeseburger with the homemade chips , and my daughter had the Reuben sandwich. Both were delicious and were more than enough for a meal. The service was great and the atmosphere was really enjoyable

First time ordering food here, did takeout. They were quick with my order, fairly priced, and the food tasted very good. We had the perch and cod dinner and an order of jalapeño poppers. The poppers were a bit spicier than the typical popper but we liked that. The cod was flaky, flavourful, and came in big pieces. The perch was small filets, good flavor, but bony since perch is a small fish. Will definitely come back to try other things!

Waited at the bar for my carryout order and the bar staff were very attentive and got my order to me as soon as it was ready. Shrimp were huge, fish fry was great, and the jalapeño poppers were excellent!

Great food, great service, great everything. Fun little spot to take a couple family members for some good food. A little long of a wait for food but jt was worth it.

Pub style dining. We had the chicken bacon wrap and sweet potato fries and a very juicy cheese burger and homemade chips. The atmosphere was fun, the service friendly and the food was delicious. Well worth the stop.

best burgers we've ever had! get the poutine burger... you'll regret it if you don't. it's absolutely amazing.

Did early morning fishing, left the lake around noon and when leaving the lake we drove past Nuceheadz. Once we past we both immediately decided to turn around and stop in for a drink. One bloody Mary, which was awesome, turned into ordering lunch. We ordered a patty melt and an ultimate grilled cheese both were unbelievably delicious! Our bar tender and server were the BEST! We don't get out this way often but always have a wonderful time at Nuckleheadz.....you have to stop in!!!! 😁

This is a really cool bar! Yes, it may look like a house & perhaps that explains how we were received so warmly by the staff. We just stopped in while we were traveling from out of state and we appreciated the service, cocktails, and wonderful vibe. I'd like to try the food next time as it really looked tasty! Heading there tonight! Best fish fry, both cod and perch. Have always had great service and food. Am truly impressed.
