The store is well stocked and clean but the checkout line is so long! Like everywhere, hard to find people to work and be dependable to show up. Best suggestion is to shop off hours to avoid waiting forever. Love the store overall though.

Holly was super kind and outgoing and was determined to find me a hobby so she found me Diamond Dots to try and she also was super helpful in helping my fiancé get the best deals by downloading the app etc. She was super fun and nice and helpful!

Joann’s fabric was so nice. Even being low staffed they were equally all as attentive and helpful! Thank you to Tim for all the useful photography advice and information and thank you to Michelle for cutting me an amazing black velvet back drop ! I really can’t wait to use it. And the price was hard to beat! I’ll be back for future

I am a quilter, sewer, crafter, jewelry maker, scrapbooked — too many interests. But I’ve found what I needed here no matter what the project I’m working on. Sorting through the sale prices and coupons is not an easy task but it’s worth it to save some $$.

I’ve had excellent help each time I’ve been to the store. The last time I realized I hadn’t asked for enough to be cut so they cut me another piece with no fuss.
I even got a job offer to work there! I wish I lived closer to the store or I would take them up on the offer.

When the clearance is good, get there when its first announced or you'll miss out! And check all the areas of the store that are marked "CLEARANCE". You never know what you'll find.

I was pleased to work with Helen on getting my concerns taken care of. She is kind, professional, and really funny. She handled my sensitive situation much better than the store manager who's customer service was lacking. I also spoke with Tim about the new Ditto. Can't wait to buy it!

I am not a regular crafter or one who decorates but I can appreciate those that do, so when I come to the store with my girlfriend, she always gets what she needs to make our home look great.

They really do have everything one could need here. I have to give credit to the store owners for their adaptation of end capping the entire checkout line with small consumables people can grab as a last minute purchase, such as chips, candy, a toe nail clipper, a magnifying glass, chap stick, a magnet, a candle, or any other random item you could think of. This aisle must drive half of the company’s revenue. Very smart.

The staff is friendly store is neat and clean

Very helpful staff! Soooo much stuff for sewing. Tons of ribbon, every color has lots of choices. I ordered online and picked up in store. I went to the checkout to pick it up and at that time there was not a line. The cashier was new and told me it was in the fabric center. The employee there said it was at the check out. She came with me to make sure. When we got there the line was at least 10 deep. She stayed to help and when I reached the check out with my in store purchases, she asked if I had any coupons. I did not and did not have my phone to get one off the website. She hooked me up and saved me about $20 w/ a 1/2 off the highest priced item and 20% off the total!

Great customer service and awesome coupons!

I purchased a picture and wanted a frame for it like the one I bought for my granddaughters' picture. Went in not crowded but busy place. Just as before the frames were in the same section and the size I needed was available. Whwn I got to checkout through the mazes we have to navigate now, my favorite snack Bit-o-Honey was there. I bought 2. Lana at checkout was very personable and professional 👏.
When I was going to another place grabbed snack bag and to my disappointment the pieces were HARD AS CEMENT! Guess they were there a "bit" too long. I will go back. But I caution everyone, when going through the mazes to checkout, make sure there has been turnover in the aisle.

Always find something cute, or new hobbies. I love just browsing around. Didn't have what I was looking for, so I'll be ordering off amazing unfortunately. But over all great place.

Been here several times and it’s always a nice store. I’m usually here with my wife so honestly I don’t know much about what I’m looking for. But the staff is always very polite and pleasant and my wife always finds what she needs. It’s a good place!

Your store is the best. I get most of my Happy planner supplies at JoAnn. Today ,I bought some 50percent off. Awesome

They seem to have everything a crafter needs but the main reason why I prefer is the CRAZY coupon savings. I don’t buy unless I have my coupons. I forgot once and they let me come back and get the coupon price LIKE 6 bucks! Crafting is not cheap so take advantage of the savings UPDATE!!! Not only is the staff helpful , one associate Dawn, actually helped me find a coupon for an item on my mobile app and made sure I got my free gift upon leaving. She saved me 2 bucks or so. Make sure to remember your coupons!!!

I've been a crafter for years but never really shopped at Joanns, simply because there isn't one in my area. I stopped at this one because its close to my job. I found every thing I've been looking for that have been sold out at other craft stores. The employees had a great attitude and were helpful when I needed them.

Always a great time talking with Tim and Kim in the Husqvarna machines. They are always very helpful. 🧵🪡😊

This is a great store. With now a feeling of a hobby lobby type of store you will be able to find a variety of products from decor, arts, vinyl cutters, fabrics , sewing machines , frames to stickers, scrapbooking materials ,boardgames, toys and much more. With a great 90 day returning period for unwanted products (depending on the product) and great discounts (again depending on the product) you can satisfy all your artsy needs here

I am so impressed with the employees that go out of their way to help. I called from Cincinnati Ohio after checking with 19 other Joann stores looking for a fabric that was on clearance and after searching for sometime I was told they had what I needed. Store manager Christy was so helpful and is sending the fabric to me. Thank you ladies at Joann Brookfield Wisconsin store. You all deserve 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
