I stopped in yesterday 4/17/24 to drop off a bottle in the recycle bin. I strolled around and enjoyed looking at new products and just browsing. I found several items I wanted that were on sale. One of the girls (Sara) greeted me as I was browsing by the perfume. She was so fun and friendly to interact with. She asked what kind of scents I like and showed me a couple of her favorites. I bought one of them and I love it. She was just so nice and knowledgeable about the products. I know I will be back and I hope she is there.

I’ve shopped here a few times and the staff have been friendly and nice on all occasions. I like their selection of skin care products, men’s grooming products and fragrances. I like how they carry high end brands, so I don’t have to go out of my way to buy them, and I also get points for my purchases

The staff at this location are super sweet and helpful. They recently moved stuff around, so I got a little turned around, but the ladies helped me navigate. They were well-stocked and the store was really clean.

Lots of brands to choose from, people are very helpful. Also been using the salon since 2020, Kim is great!

I came in for a hair appointment and the hairstylist was running behind because of unforseen circumstances and my appointment ended up being 45-60 minutes late. They were kind and notified me over phone but I missed the phone call and voice-mail. They offered me a chance to reschedule but I didn't want to. The manager was so kind and offered a discount on my service because of the unexpected long wait. It made my day! Also, everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Everyone who passed me while I was waiting asked me if I had been helped or needed anything. Extremely grateful for the customer service. I live 35 minutes from this store but will now always come to this store for any needs I have! Thank you kindly Ulta associates who were so helpful and kind to me.

Products are expensive for the most part. Sometimes there are some cheaper reasonably priced items such as Essence brand I believe it is. Just used over 700 points...YIKES

I shop here maybe once per WK amongst other Ulta locations but this one is closest to my house. Everyone is nice, store is clean and organized. Some of the reviews on here really expect quite a lot from ppl in retail. Don't really understand. Even when they're short staffed, they are always trying. I have never been here and not greeted either. Love this location and love Ulta.

Alyssa was absolutely amazing she helped me pick out the perfect skin care routine and really listened to all my concerns. She spent a long time going over each product and how and when to apply. She definitely provides costumers with a great experience especially in the skin care department.

I went in this evening for some skin care items that were recommended to me by a friend. when i went to check out and had questions a the very sweet employee personally walked me over to Luis who had an amazing amount of knowledge on skin care. i am so happy she took the time to do so. I am absolutely beyond happy I came into the store and introduced to him. he was beyond patient with me and took me over to multiple different products and explained the ingredients. He also took the time to explain when i should use each product. I cannot wait to use the products he had showed me. you can also tell by looking at his skin he knows which are the best. Both employees were so kind. Im so happy this location is close to me. I’m absolutely amazed on his knowledge 😊

An associate helped me to find under eye concealer. I bought the Light Bisque. I put Cool Sand over it. It really hides purple allergy circles under my eyes & brightens them up. I also bought some Bobbi Brown eye shadow sticks & just love them.

Incredible staff! I walked in trying to find a foundation shade and one of the ladies was right there and we walked around and tried a ton of shades until we found the right one. They don't make it feel like they're trying to get you to buy the most expensive things they genuinely want to help 🥰

I went to Ulta and had a wonderfully helpful experience from Bernice. I was looking for a specific lipstick color , and she walked along side of me and looked and tried out many colors on my hand. Finally we found 2 shades that worked, hurrah!! I would have never found the lipstick I bought with out Bernice, --- as she was knowledgeable, patient, fun, focused and aimed to satisfy me her customer.

This store is most definitely my favorite! Mayfair location did not have a good experience. Basically made online order but got off work too late & made it there right before closing & they had already locked their doors. Tried again next day to cancel the order in person as I made it to Mayfair location that was open later & picked up the items day prior. When I went inside the Mayfair store, not only just the security guard acknowledged me, but no one else did. There have been other instances where I have gone inside the store & no one greeted or if I was in the same isle as someone else, they would just look at me up & down & literally helped the person next (fairer skin as I am African American). Was not trying to make it a race issue, but the store is not as ethnically diverse as it could be & they seem to eye up potential people THEY feel deserves the attention. Mind you I spend between $50-$200 +almost every visit which is about once/twice a month as I get items all at once. So back to the situation, I continued to walk to wait in line & cashier called another associate to help with my online order. The lady seem to be Caucasian plus size woman that literally told me “ it will return to you after 5 days it will cancel out & then it will begin to return funds.” Asked about the return being done then, & that’s the response I got. Never asked for my ID, Nor name or order information. Then basically went to helping other customers. I walked out & contacted Brookfield Store & spoke to Amelia & she explained that was not correct protocol & for me to rush to make it there especially they could have done the return right then & apologized. I was told that she would pass my information on to the manager & she would contact me but had not heard from. So went into that location this evening & I must say Jessica, Shamar & Vanessa were all Awesome!! They apologized for the other store behavior & did the return right there & all of us talked as if we had been friends forever!! It was such a great experience & they made it so comfortable wanting to come back! I always love this location!! Thank you so much you guys & they even gave me a gift for the inconvenience! I always love the makeup at this store!!!

I had the pleasure of spending time at the perfume area with Amelia. Man, she is a pure light in the world. She not only found the perfect scent for me, which I didn’t think was possible :), but she also was kind. The kind of kindness that’s so refreshing and warm. It felt like shopping with a forever friend. She didn’t know this but I’d found out my cousin who was a best friend died the same day I entered the store. I left feeling less lonely in the world and I have Amelia to thank for that. So, thank you, Amelia! For your kindness and friendship, however brief. And thank you Google for allowing reviews so I can spread the good news of this particular store.

I came to Ulta in Brookfield a few weeks ago to get new Lancôme foundation as mine had expired. Luis helped me and I was taken aback by his kindness. After assisting me with my shade, he said “is this all you needed? I’d love to help you with whatever else you may be looking for today.” Fast forward to my bridal trial makeup when I had an allergic reaction. I went to the Ulta in the Mayfair Collection because I was in the area. The person who helped me wasn’t very personable and didn’t seem like they wanted to help me. I left and later that week returned to Ulta in Brookfield to work with Luis because I trusted him and he never made me feel like a burden. He walked me through the entire store and addressed every concern I had and product I needed, giving me advice on what’d be best for my complexion and sensitivities. I just loved working with him! And I’m not surprised that there were 2 people who came in after me and came up to Luis and said “hey Luis, you helped me some time ago and I really wanted to ask you to help me find what I need today. I can’t thank Luis enough for his kindness and help, especially as someone who is totally new to makeup. You’re an amazing person and I appreciate you so much!!

Ulta is AWESOME! The team is very considerate and helpful. I love this place and they have an amazing salon!! I won't go anywhere else. If you do not have a reward card, get one. You will not find prices better anywhere else anyway and your purchases go towards points which gives you the freedom to purchase nearly anything in the store. Thank you Ulta!!! 💖
