Great service every time I have gone there. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are fair and they have a salad selection between in-store and on their website. These Reax gloves fit great and because they’re perforated, They flow a lot of air, which is really comfortable in the summertime. Highly recommend.

Always the best. They help you find the best deals so you get the loudest bang for your buck. Also, Love the support for veterans, they raised their Military Veterans Discount an additional 8%… to 18%. On select items, but still. That’s unheard of…

I visited the store for the first time yesterday (5/2/24). I’m a cycling novice and an employee on his way out for the day stayed behind to help me find the equipment that best fit my needs even though he wasn’t on the clock! Thanks so much.

I walked in knowing nothing and left feeling confident and prepared! The employee there helped me pick out my first helmet and gloves. He was patient, kind, and very intelligent on the subject. Great place for beginners-experienced riders. :)

Not knowing much about motorcycle gear went in to cycle gear and Regan is an amazing person!! She helped me find the perfect helmet and face shield to go with it! Had an awesome conversation and all in out best customer service I have had in quite some time!! She is a very kind young woman!!

We drove all the way up from Chicago to get Red Line Primary oil because we couldn't find it in any other stores. Brandon was super helpful, set it aside for us at the desk. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. We'll probably go back to that store just to have an excuse to take a long run!

Incredible staff that listened to my request of a helmet for me to wear and be safe. There was no sales push to buy other items from any staff and they went beyond expectations by installing the Cardo system into my helmet! All staff were friendly, talkative and polite. I’ll be back to purchase more

I'm here pretty much every other day spending my money :) for real though, great folks who work here and are all super knowledgeable on bikes. I went from buying super cheap gear online, to meeting up with these guys and getting quality gear that will actually protect me. Ashley, Reagan, and Brandon are all great folks, so if you're a rider who lives in the area, stop by and say hi, and check out their gear/parts!

Brandon went above and beyond helping my husband and I find new helmets. He made sure the fit was great for both of us and made sure we had all the accessories. It was a great experience, thank you Brandon!

Great customer service. Not all over you trying to make sales but very approachable and helpful when you have questions. Also have great discounts and warranties, deals, etc.

Stopped at cycle gear to look at gloves and boots. The associate who helped me was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable!!! Real awesome guy! GIVE HIM A RAISE! Also bought a Dixxon flannel collaboration with cycle gear!! Awesome find!!!

I loved this place and will be showing up again. The staff was so friendly - Regan helped me out a ton! There's a wide selection of products and brands and the staff is very knowledgable and helpful with selecting your gear. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in riding.

Great place for apparel, foot wear and helmets. Friendly staff without pressure but always willing to help.. would be nice to have more leather jackets. Love going here to look around.

Brought my fiancée here to get a new riding jacket that's warm, comfortable and fits her style. The gentleman that helped us was amazing; hw was incredibly personable, helpful, and made recommendations that can only come from an experienced rider. He also invited us to the monthly get togethers that I'll have to take advantage of. Top notch store and people! Can't go wrong getting any moto accessories at this store 👌

You guys make it fast and easy, bought 7 items online, they asked if I would like to try on the items. Just did not have the time, they informed me had 90 days. About week later had the time. The Sidici water proof, pants were just to tight. Went back in the store, he found next size up and made the exchange. So yes cycle gear does a great job, compare this do places where it is nearly impossible to do electronic transaction, with multiple failure points.

The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - like you’re talking to a fellow rider and not someone just pushing merchandise. Great deals too.
