Charlie is awesome, he must have been a drill instructor. Love the way he directed traffic and for everyone to be serviced in a timely manner. Don’t let the haters bring him down… we need more of Charlie!

Every staff member I’ve worked with has been super patient and helpful. I often bring our autistic teenager with us and have him do the transaction for life skills experiences and they are very engaging and helpful with him.

I was very happy knowing that all I had to do is bring in the package I needed shipped and that they would take care of the rest

Charlie (I hope I got his name right) was amazing. Holding down the fort on his own with a constant stream of customers during my visit. I had 5 separate Amazon returns and he was hopping around between 3 different service desks keeping a smile on his face and a happy attitude with all the customers that came in, making sure to personally greet every one of them to make sure they knew where to go for queuing a line to be helped. It was fast & easy and he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly!

I, being the first time mailing something in-store, had alot of help and tips from the Staff. I could have had alot more trouble without em. You go Brookfield team!

Just returned two Amazon orders, the guy went above and checked my return and I was missing an item! Saved me from not getting my full return. He did this all while navigating the large influx of irritated people that walked in at once, because they all walked in at once.

I need to give a review on my positive experience that I always have in this store . I highly want to thank Tre for being so helpful, kind , patient and professional everytime I come in here when i need to do a return through Amazon. He is so patient even with the most impatient customers. Thank you Tre for all that you do and don't loose sight of the people that appreciate what you do for them.

Came in on a Tuesday morning right when the store opened. There was a line all the way to the door. Charlie seemed to be the only person on staff that morning and he did an awesome job despite how busy it was. He greeted each person with a warm “good morning” and he kept the line moving! He was so professional, helpful and friendly. It made my day!

I visited this UPS store yesterday and couldn't be happier with the customer service I received! Charlie helped me with four packages, using three different methods of shipping! He was smiley, informative, caring and very quick! In and out, packages shipped, and a smile on my face too!

Team there is always super friendly to work with. Have worked with them many times, for awhile. Also, I recently had to get my id scanned for my passport. I accidentally left my ID at the store. I hadn't realized it was still gone until they shipped it out to me without me even asking them next day. Great team! Thanks!

I really like staff at this location. They also are very helpful with packing items and shipping rates

Best location ever... I had 3 separate Amazon QR codes when I apologized for them being separate he actually recommended doing it that way in case something happens like deciding not to return one or Amazon losing one... Separate codes makes it easier to track/address any issues.

At Kohl's or other UPS locations employees get grumpy/aggressive for multiple codes.. at the Brookfield UPS the employees put the customer's interests first and don't get mad.

Employee was friendly and patient! Unlike other UPS store locations that I've shipped Amazon returns at. I can't tell you how many time I've been treated impatiently or like I was an annoyance at the Waukesha Silvernail or Delafield locations.

Such a relief to be treated like a typical customer! Very pleased with the friendly, quick service I received at this Brookfield store.
Whatever they are doing different than the other stores is working, keep it up!

This is one of the best run UPS stores I’ve ever gone to. Majid makes sure everyone gets the best service possible. They’re fantastic!

This store has always been helpful I drive out of my way to come here instead of the one in Pewaukee. They are much more friendly and fast at this location. Never once had a problem for years have been using this location for personal and business needs.

The nicest staff of any store you can find! I'm always greeted like an old friend, even if I've never met the staff member before!

Shout Out to the young men who helped me today. I work down the road and the day got away from me. Drove the couple of blocks, pulled in, realized I didn't have my ID. Ran back to work, grabbed my card case and ran back down the road. I was right at 5 and they were ready to close, but they let me in to get my package. Thank You!

I dropped off some AT&T equipment for return. The service was fast and courteous. Too bad this location is not closer to my normal driving route. I just might go out of my way to use this location more often.

Anytime I've came to this location they all have been so friendly. Today, Charlie provided above and beyond customer service and was so nice and helpful.

Easy to get to, great service and quickly got the help I needed.

The man helping me was so nice and helpful, even though I couldn’t the letter through UPS. I’d definitely would go back to use his UPS store.
