AT&T Store

Jabari and Malik were awesome! We came about 10 min before close cause my mother who is older really needed help with her phone. They stayed past close and had wonderful patience and attitudes with my mom. Took great care of her

Malik is the greatest, he helped me with my screen protector & it came it perfect. He also smells good 10/10 recommended

Went into AT&T store today to turn in our iPhone 12 since we got the new iPhone 15. The first guy told us we couldn’t turn in our phones in the store (which we already verified with AT&T prior making the trip to the store that we could) but Malik helped us turn in our phones a smooth and easy process. He was also very knowledgeable when I asked him about international plans and phone models. I would highly recommended him! 10/10

Great service! Taylor was amazing! Helped me update my account and trade in and get a new phone. No pressure salesman. Just a great guy and an asset to the store! He made everything go by so fast and smooth!

Javar was very helpful and had good knowledge of what was going. He is funny, engaging and has a good sense of humor. You sure need that in a business like that. That trait is hard to fine.

Customer service top ten as soon as we walked in the store we were greeted with smiles on the employee's faces and a hello welcome in they made sure that you are treated very kindly we had the pleasure of working with "Jamar " We surprise our daughter with the new IPhone she was very excited this is her "Graduation " gift. He had excellent customer service skills. He took the time out to let us know the details of every phone 📱 that I had a question about. Excellent experience and communication skills great customer service. Thank you so much for making our day brighter.

My husband and I came in for phone updates. Store was busy! We know the process is a long one so we were prepared to wait a little but once the process got started, it was smooth sailing. Ryan was knowledgeable about all promotions that were going on and answered any questions we had. Great experience. Gave us tips on how to best use our new iPhones. Made sure we were happy before we left the store.

Great experience at this store. My daughter’s SIM card was stuck in her iPad, which wouldn’t power on🥴 We were helped by Javar who was extremely patient and kind.

Javar helped us correct a lot of issues. He was patient, understanding, and personable.

Ryan provided excellent customer service. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, answered all my questions and was very professional. Will definitely use Ryan next time I need anything!

Ask for Malik at this location. He is excellent and cares about results. If it were not for Malik, I would have discontinued my AT&T internet, phone and u-verse service due to poor customer service results online. Malik is great!

Fantastic service from Malik! We had a lot of questions about the Apple Watch and he was able to answer all of our questions and took fantastic care of us!

Extremely helpful. I forgot to ask his name. He was a young-ish African American. I just went to inquire and left w/o buying any service but i find the customer service topnotch. He even opened the door before i left… didnt really expect that. Hope you get the acknowledgement you deserve for being a great employee.
