Excellent customer service.they all are really working like a team! I was so much confused regarding my shoe size and particularly looking for hoka bondi sr. Unfortunately I couldn’t find it anywhere near to my location then I went fleet feet Katy, Judd helped me for my accurate shoe size and deliver that size in sugarland branch. Here I met another gentleman Mr.chase!he has excellent knowledge of what they are selling.thank you so much Judd and chase.

My experience at this shoe store was nothing short of excellent. I had been looking for a new pair of running shoes for a while, and I was immediately impressed with the store's vast selection of footwear. The store had a wide variety of running shoes from different brands, and the staff was knowledgeable about each one.

The salesperson who helped me was incredibly friendly and attentive. They asked me about my running style, foot shape, and previous shoe preferences, so they could recommend the best possible options. I appreciated that they took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive pair of shoes.

Once we had narrowed down my options, the salesperson brought out multiple pairs Hokas for me to try on. They watched me run in each pair, making sure I had the right fit and that the shoe was comfortable for me. They gave me useful advice and suggestions throughout the process, which I found incredibly helpful.

In the end, I chose a pair of shoes that I absolutely love. They have made a significant difference in my running, and I feel much more comfortable and supported when I'm out on the road. I also appreciated that the store's prices were fair, and I didn't feel like I was being overcharged for my purchase.

I stop into this store every few weeks and they are awesome! Staff is great and that makes all the difference, always enjoy myself and get good information.

I went there looking for a particular shoe, that normally is kind of expensive anywhere, but after talking to the staff there, they asked why I was buying the shoe. After I told them what I thought was the reason, they offered me a free gait analysis on the treadmill to really see if I should really be in that shoe. After a couple minutes, they showed, and educated me, on a better fitting and performance shoe for me. So I bought it, and I love it! unbelievably the shoe they recommended for me cost much less then the one I intended to buy. Thanks to Sam, Kat and the crew over there!

Sam was super SUPER informative and gave me so many details about my purchase. He gave me info on all the perks of the store and running times for group runs as well as the locations of other running company stores up in Austin and Boston. Truly a cool guy and truly a great store. This was my first experience and it won’t be my last!

Highly Recommend this place! I was greeted by Coby. My feet were scanned by a 3D machine and Coby explained the results in detail. He then brought some shoes out and I tried them on. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and patient with me. I was happy with the information he provided. I was using the wrong shoes for a long time, but I am glad I came to the right place. Fresh off of the high of finishing the Aramco Half Marathon, I decided I wanted to get more serious about running so I went to Fleet Feet with the hopes of getting some solid new shoes. When I arrived, I was immediately asked if I needed help, then got my foot scanned and answered some simple questions on what I was looking for in a shoe. Well the guy that helped me (super bummed that I forgot his name) gave me some options and his own personal recommendation. After trying everything out and asking him a BUNCH of questions, I decided to go with his recommendation and boy, am I glad I did! He found me exactly what I was looking for; a light shoe that can be used for faster training and even races - the Saucony Endorphin Speed 3s. Not only that but I walked away with a bunch of knowledge about running and running shoes! Highly highly recommend this store, ESPECIALLY if you're relatively new to running and not sure what you're looking for. And let me tell you .. all running shoes are NOT built the same!

Coby was excellent in helping me find a great supportive shoe. He did an amazing scan of my foot on a machine. We went with the Hoka Arahi 6. My doctor recommended this place because I am having really bad foot pain. Also they told me that within 60 days if the shoe is uncomfortable or causes you pain you can come back and exchange it for something more comfortable which is an excellent policy. I will test it out on my treadmill at home and see if it good or if I might need a wide version. Excellent customer service by Coby. He also picked me out some great high end socks. Amazing clean high end modern store. Great location right next to whole foods. This place is a home run. Excellent.

Great selection of shoes and friendly staff! Found this store through Instagram. Was in and out within 10 minutes with some nice looking Asics Nimbus 20! Thanks to the lady that was helping us she was very helpful!

Maximo and Julio were so incredible. I was so impressed by Maximo’s detailed knowledge about each shoe and sock I asked about. He gave me just enough options so I could compare for what I was looking for but not so much that I was overwhelmed, which was perfect for me. Julio provided excellent customer service and I can tell they communicate well as a team. Both gentlemen were so friendly, welcoming, and patient with me (and my tagalong 13 month old son!). I am so grateful for this experience shopping today and they’re doing a great job!

Kristina was very knowledgeable about the kind of shoe I needed for my specific needs. I chose Brooks Adrenaline and have never been more happy with my athletic shoes. After wearing them on all-day walking excursions my feet were still comfortable and felt supported. This was important after foot surgery last year and a hip replacement surgery 2 months ago. Had a pleasant experience here! The male employee who helped me was very patient and shared a lot of great advice! I did not feel a sense of urgency during my visit. The overall environment was welcoming and lax; I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a pair of running shoes!

Knowledgeable staff, high prices- but comfortable running walking shoes.

Visited for the first time today. Never bought a pair of running shoes but the level of service and quality of the care they give is really nice. It feels like a upscale “sports specific” store you might find in San Francisco. The employee who helped me, Hayden I want to say, went out of his way to help me find a pair that fit my unique situation.

Will be returning for my next show purchase.

Made my online exchange very easy, and the staff are very knowledgeable and patient as I decided on what I wanted.

Great experience. Walked in not knowing what type of shoe I needed. Haden helped me by analyzing my walk and foot layout. Got me in a great pair of shoes with perfect inserts as well. Price of the shoes I bought in the store were the same as on amazon.

The guys were very helpful... Brooks Adrenaline have been my go to shoes for everyday wearing and or walking. They recommended if it's not broke why try to fix it. Made sense to me so out I went with a new pair!
