Cade was extremely helpful to us today when my son and I came in to buy new wipers. He was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to help us. These kinds of stores can be intimidating but working with him made us feel comfortable asking questions. Great experience!

Cade was so helpful. I brought in a part we assumed was the issue on my vehicle. He helped find what I needed and I was out the door in less than 5 mins. I appreciate, quick and efficient service. Especially because I had my 3 year old and 5 year old there “helping” me 😜

Every time I come in this store everyone is helpful. They always offer to help me install if its something like windshield wipers or show or explain to me what I need to do if its something they can't help me with. Always a pleasant experience coming in here.

My husband and I were trying to get our truck into get it diagnosed as it kept dying on us and we got stuck at an intersection. We managed to get the battery out and get it to Terry at the store. Terry, from start to finish, was amazing. Helped us get the battery charged,
Diagnosed that the alternator was the culprit. We purchased the new alternator and Terry gave us helpful tips on how to get it installed and everything. Within 15 minutes it was installed and my husband and I were just astonished at the care that Terry gave us. Terry and his team just treated us like old friends. I have never had the kind of customer service that I received at this store. Kindness and professionalism made us life long customers.

I received a gift card from a different location when I returned some items. I tried to use this gift card at this location and there was no money on the card for some reason. They comped the two items I bought for about the same money that was supposed to be on the gift card. Super nice guy wanted to make the situation right by making sure I didn't lose that money that was on the gift card. Great customer service.

Julio, the store manager, was extremely helpful with my visit to advanced auto parts. I had visited two other auto parts stores previously to going to advance and they were no help at all. Julio went above and beyond his expectations to help me with everything that I needed in a quickly and timely manner. He helped find the right part, get it to the store within two hours, helped install it and took care of everything else I needed for my car! Thank you so much Julio for such a great experience !

After calling support about a return issue I had, I was directed to go back to the store where manager Cade would help solve the problem. He was extremely helpful with a difficult situation and made the process super easy! 😉

This store is my go to anytime I need parts or advice with any projects that arise both on my personal and family vehicles. The staff is always very friendly and willing to do whatever they can to help ensure you leave with the correct part everytime on the first visit. The store is kept very clean at all time which especially with Covid is a very comforting highlight of shopping at this store as well as it is one of the only stores I've recently been in where all employees were wearing masks. Highly recommend shopping here!!

Eric at Advanced Auto Parts was very helpful. I only had one windshield wiper working and he went out of his way to insure I was taken care of. It was cold and snowy really needed both wipers to get though the day and he made sure it was fixed for me. I appreciate someone can be honest and not sell me on things I don’t need. Julio is incredibly helpful!!! Best customer service ever!!! Year after year the customer service only increases in excellence. Julio you do a fabulous job and have a wonderful staff. You are the common denominator there and I thank you for your dedication and customer service.

Terry helped us out a lot in getting a new alternator for my F-150. He also helped us get it installed in the parking lot (couldn't even keep enough charge in the battery to go 1/4 mile). I've been going to this store for years, and will do so for years to come.

Great customer service. I went in with a 7 year old battery that could barely start my car. Jennifer took care of me. She replaced the old battery with the new one and it only took 10 min. Now my car starts perfectly and I have no worries.

Last night I arrived at the store about ten minutes before they closed needing a new battery. They were as helpful as they would have been an hour earlier. You can't say that about every place you visit. Thank you so much for your help!

Extremely impressed with Julio's depth of knowledge. We came in as our check engine light was on and Julio talked us through the possibilities. We don't normally write many reviews but this was an excellent experience and Julio deserves recognition for this.
