I have had consistently good service at this Walgreens, especially in the areas of photo reproduction and pharmacy needs. Today I worked on two separate visits with Giselle at the pharmacy counter. She is friendly, helpful, competent, and committed, a first-rate staff member, and I appreciate her presence every day.

Dropped by to get a vaccine and was quickly attended by friendly and polite pharmacist at the counter.

After waiting a short time (5 minutes), I was called by another pharmacist named Giselle, who administered the vaccine. She is very professional, attentive, & personable. Moreover, her skills at giving vaccines is top notch as she made it a pain free experience.

I highly recommend visiting this pharmacy!

Not sure how it's relevant in the 4th review below on how the pharmacist is Oriental. Honestly that's pretty offensive all by itself. But I've always had a good experience with this pharmacy and they've always had my medication in stock. So maybe stop with the racist labeling and just make a judgement without the offensive labels.

This Walgreens is the great place, the staff is very helpful. All the time I go there I am well served. Thank you for everything

Can we go back to the time when register workers said hello, and told you how much the total is, and maybe even said thank you?
And called for help when there are 10 people in line?

Just tried to order my trulicity waited 30 minutes on hold and then told it has been on back order for 2 months they said call my doctor they cannot help me this is a scary situation. Do not go to this Walgreens it is always horrible lines clear down the isle for pharmacy waits are at least 20-25 or more minutes standing. Used to be so nice what happened?

I moved all of our prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS. I continued to give them chances for 2 years before saying that’s enough. I had picked that walgrens because of the convenience of a drive-through, but half the time the drive-through is closed. Then you have to go inside. Nothing is ever ready. The lines are long and they’re always seems to be confusion. much happier with CVS.

Don’t bother to go to the Walgreens pharmacy, there is a female Pharmacist, she is of Oriental origin forget about dealing with her !!!! She is so so rude, she judges you for sure, used to love going to this Walgreens a few years back, the team will lie under her , they will keep you on hold for maybe an hour, I’m serious , you will be discriminated, judged, gaslighted, moving to Sam’s Club, still on hold since 7:15pm, its 8:04pm .

Most incapable pharmacy i have ever experienced. Their day shift is beyond clueless. Their manager is the same during day shift and weekends. I have seen other walgreens pharmacies, cvs, etc in action. Go to Evanston walgreens and shut this useless place on Dempster down. Sadly its open 24 hours open so they can ruin medical orders 24/7 . Horrible pharmacy staff.They need to all learn from Alex in Evanston and his team

The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too. They are too busy and make you wait all day for your medicine. Then they forget to give you the right prescription.. the pharmacy tech are not that bright.

Update: This is still a horrible pharmacy. I continued to use it because it is so close, and in the hope that it will improve, but not yet and it’s been a few good months.

I have not had one good experience at the pharmacy here. There is always a horribly long wait and the staff seems entirely unconcerned and painfully slow. Only come when you have time and patience.

This pharmacy is way too busy, and customer service is not a priority. The pharmacy techs often do not seem to know what they are doing. Do they receive any type of training? When a mistake with an order for a major prescription occurs, this is serious.

The way this pharmacy handles your orders is 😨 down right scary. It is the only 24 hour store in the area so your stuck going here, but it is a scary unreliable operation. The HQ needs to pay attention to this stores' extremely low rating and fix is problems
