Kohl's

I went to this Kohl's store on a cold Friday, so there weren't many customers on the floor in mid-afternoon when I was there. The store was neat and attractive, not messy or disorderly. I was able to find what I needed, and the floor persons were helpful and friendly. The prices for the clothes items were attractive as well.

I was shocked when I arrived and found they were having a sale! Lol

Clean the store with clean restrooms and electric car charging port outside.

Shelves seem to be well stocked even though it was late Sunday afternoon.

The young gentleman at checkout who unfortunately I didn’t catch his name was friendly and very helpful!

Aide at the store was amazing I needed held finding the price of some of the Cubs & bears shirts as the sale sign was confusing .She came to me and asked if I needed help and she took the time to scan each shirt to tell me the prices. She then took us to the redgister and checked us out.I ended up spending $458. Thanks to Aide and her kindness to help. She is a wonderful employee and is a credit to you store .

I love the service and there's extra awesome cashier oria or orbia they are all very nice and when you check out be sure to ask to sign up for the credit card because even if you fail or report takes awhile they'll still give you at least 20 percent of up too 35 percent off depending on which cashier however you'll be to get this off and it helps a lot also 😀 my favorite cashier she gave me 30 for doing the credit card app which is 5 or less minutes and she also gave me 20 percent off =50 percent off my total of 300+$$ my bill was then only 160 with tax go too kohl's nice high quality toys clothes shoes everything you need and don't forget to ask about that 35 percent of if you sign up for the credit I have established credit I go there every few months and they let me do it each time enjoy shopping happy holidays and Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 😀

I can usually find a bargain at the Kohl's in Lincolnwood. This particular day I was able to find several items at a great price, thanks to having my Kohl's cash! Thanks to Sau for going the extra mile and explaining my discounts to me. Great customer service like Sau and great bargains will keep me coming back!!!

Great store, classic good old American shopping experience.
Wide selection, decent quality (unlike all the new trash fashion chains), fair prices and good range of sizes, and if you don't find something - good chance they have it online. we love it and we need more places like it.

Everytime I enter into the store it's clean and well organized.I purchase a winter coat for my daughter. During check out the cashier name Citlalli ask me did I found everything ok.She also ask did I have any coupons that I want to use.If she didn't ask me I would have forgot my Kohl's cash.Im very graceful that she ask.Also I went to the home department too.l spoke with Brittany in the return department because I didn't have my confirmation number and she helped me with that.She showed great customer service as well.That's why i love shopping at Kohl's because of cashier's like Citlalli and Brittany

I'll call to the store looking for a shoe. They put it on hold for me when I got there. It will size. BUT the young lady behind the desk? She was so kind and beautiful. She helped me find the right size. I was looking for I actually stayed around and we laughed and talked for a while. I think that's the way customer service is supposed to be. Ordered an item online for store pick up that day. At the store was pointed to the pick up area which is amazingly smartly organized. Took my item but couldn't resist a pair of shorts on sale for half price on the way out.

Kim was exceptionally cordial: an another, didn’t get name, in men’s clearance secrion(held Adidas hoody for pricing).
