Very friendly staff. I have been looking for a new store to buy economy sized birdseed for my bird feeders. Was very impressed with the variety and price! Wish the bag was 20 lbs instead of 16, but still a good deal. Will be back again!

Great experience at Lowe's as always. I always receive excellent customer service every time I visit this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I want to send out a thanks to Seymour, he is very professional and knowledgeable. He always help me when I struggle to make a decision on a product.

Had to pick up some more paint for a room I was touching up. The paint dept here has a long term knowledgeable associate named Maxine. On this day she was the only person covering the whole paint dept and took it all in stride. She is an asset to Lowes and an asset to any customer who appreciates efficient knowledgeable advice of a skilled professional, so you can get the right product to get your job done.

Lowes employees were good about asking me if I needed assistance. One employee, Steven went the extra mile in helping me with wood flooring samples. He was courteous and made me feel that he was happy to give me assistance.

Me and my mom went to get a new Washing Machine because ours broke down. Denise was super super helpful, patient, and really great. Anytime I come, I always ask for her. She was amazing and knowledgeable. We were able to pick out a washer just for us at a reasonable price.

I had a problem with a plumbing part, and I was expecting the person workinh the customer service counter to give a difficult time in the exchange. I was very relieved the whole transaction went smoothly and with me replacing my parts without having to double pay.

This location has a large parking lot and a professional desk to assist contractors with larger purchases, and special order items.

I recommend this Lowes to others if they are in Skokie and need home center items.

Want to give Matthew a shoutout for his amazing customer service. We were a little bewildered by the "sale" signs out front of Lowe's in regard to the grills and Matthew helped us figure out what was going on. When we decided to purchase one, he was more than helpful pulling it apart and assisting us in getting it into the car. He assured us this happens all the time and we weren't being too much of a bother. He also made sure we understood where the screws were coming from so we could confidently put it back together once we got home. We appreciated Matthew's help and patience and have been very satisfied with the great deal we got at Lowe's. Having a smooth transaction and transfer of the grill to our home just means we enjoy it all the more. Thanks again!!!

Excellent customer service, very helpful advice, and friendly staff that go the extra mile (I was very impressed!). Their prices are competitive and they have a great inventory, good hours, and plenty of parking. Will definitely be back for my next project.

I called Lowe's to see if they accept paint cans/old paint for recycling. This one specifically does not, but they were able to provide me with a number and address for a place that will recycle it for me. The lady that I spoke with was very kind, patient, and helpful. I will definitely be headed back when I need more house stuff! Thanks so much Sandy!

Best Associates Ever, Ivy and Miguel, in the gardening dept, had no clue, they were being tested by my brother whom is as we call “S” shopper he will drill and grill, but they met him open minds and the willingness to overcome his a personality, he actually was very impressed, and that’s hard to do!!!! I wanted to personally Say they were Amazing employees!!! Above and Beyond Customer Satisfaction!!!

They have a great variety of fresh cut Christmas trees and beautiful natural decorations

Reasonable sales associate didn't make me sign up for the discount offered to veterans which would have otherwise invalidated the sincerety of lowes appreciate toward our troops

Outstanding customer service. We were mainly helped by Tim in the flooring department I believe. He lead us in the right direction for everything we would need for a bathroom remodel. He was very knowledgeable, offered up great advice, and kindly assisted with loading up our car. Lyle also offered up top notch customer service! Although a bit further of a drive, this location will now always be our go to for our lengthy home project to do list.

Tim assisted me in figuring out what track lighting sets I purchased today 7-15-22. I had 2 particular options I really wanted. I had my sights set on one set, but due to his diligent investigation it wasn't going to be what I really wanted. I bought 4 track sets and 4 sets of light bulbs. People like Tim is why I always go back to Lowe's. Bonus was Erik who checked me out. Very friendly and attentive. Don't lose them!
