I've had opportunity to visit this store several times and each time I have received excellent service from each representative. In addition I felt that I was treated with respect and friendliness. Roman, Dante and Paula represent T-Mobile wonderfully. Joe B.

I never do reviews but my experience here was actually amazing. I’ve been a T-Mobile stores a lot and you don’t always get the most high quality of service, But the staff here were great and actually really helpful. That is something you don’t see as much anymore and is greatly appreciated. Roman was the one that helped me with my phone and I could not have asked for a better service.

I usually don't mention names as personnel changes frequently at some stores, but Dante was truly a godsend! I came in there with a new phone that he activated through some trying conditions (I had mixed up, forgot several passwords) and throughout it all, he was so kind and patient to this nerve wracked technologically challenged senior citizen, amazing! He and this shop deserve five stars!

I have just returned home from one of the most pleasant
T-Mobile experiences I have ever had at The T-Mobile store on Hwy 7 & 101. I went in to explore the option of purchasing a new plan to receive a new phone. The technician, Abdirahman S, was friendly, personable, and professional....no sales pitch, just explaining options and thoroughly answering my questions. He treated me with great respect which I additionally observed with other customers. While we waiting for my phone to transfer data, we had great reciprocal conversations about a variety of topics. I would eagerly return especially if I knew Abdirahman would help me.

Jeremiah is the man. The store was clearly understaffed when I was in to buy a new phone and he handled the process professionally and patiently while getting multiple customers’ Qs answered.

I’m really impressed by the professional service I got from the store manager a week ago .. my apologies .. forgot the name and it’s not on the receipt.

I got a new iPhone 14 pro, he helped me transfer the information from my old phone, and while waiting the transfer to finish - he helped me chose a bunch of accessories, including portable charging station and a Bluetooth wireless Harmon speaker. I’m extremely happy with all my purchases and would highly recommend this T-mobile store to everyone.

Stopped in to replace a cracked phone. Store looked great, all the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Kaylee helped me pick out my new gear and took a lot of care with putting the screen cover and case together. Sorry if I spelled the name wrong Kaylee! Thanks T mobile store!! Really appreciate the good experience. Shopped/had to replace a phone here 2-3 years ago and the experience was sort of terrible.

T Mobile staff is wonderful.
I'm a senior and need lots of help. The young lady who transferred my service made the process very easy as she did everything. Transferred contacts..pictures etc .

Came in a few nights ago to activate a new Pixel 4a, but ended up having some issues due to being a Sprint customer transferring over to T-Mobile. Evan was super kind and knowledgeable, and explained the situation in a way that was easy to understand. He helped get as much of the phone set up as possible, but the SIM card was having difficulties due to the Sprint/T-Mobile merge. In the end I ended up needing to go to a different location that had the ability to access the old Sprint network, but Evan spent time trying to help figure it out and was only limited by the store's computer system in the end. He figured out what the issue was and provided a solution (and I did end up getting the phone activated!)
The customer service was amazing and I'm super grateful for Evan's time and help!!

I stopped in a while back. Jordan was working and was very helpful. I bought my phone the day before in Maple Grove from a female salesperson who was less than helpful! It was so nice to have a salesperson answer all your questions and be pleasant!! And not in a hurry to get you out the door.Thank you Jordan!!

I had to return a trade-in phone at 5.55pm - five minutes before they were supposed to close and they helped me without hurrying me up or telling me to come another day. Thank you for your service to the community.

Stopped there tonight after trying to stop at the ridgedale location which had their doors locked at 7:15. The store at 101 & hwy 7 in Minnetonka was great! They apologized for the other store having their doors locked too early and were very nice and helpful. I will be stopping at this store from now on. Thank you for the great service!

Store is always friendly and welcoming! Staff has helped me so much with getting my phones. Michael is the best! Will always come back to this location to get phones in the future!

The T-Mobile Minnetonka location is well run. The staff are helpful. Just best to go when it is a not very busy as they want to make sure they do their best for each customer
