Max rikard totally came through, package wasn't delivered based on no signature, he emptied a truck just to find my package, Excellent experience, besides the 3 hour wait for some head studs, was able to get my performance engine built and meet a important deadline. Max keep up the great work and hope you get a raise my guy

I was expecting 2 large heavy packages last night. When I saw the driver pullup in front of my house, I asked if he could place them inside my garage for me which he did. I am disabled and would not have been able to move them by myself. I greatly appreciate his willingness to help me with no hesitation. I wish I got his name or driver ID but I didn't think of it at the time. According to the tracking information I believe this driver came from the Rogers MN location.

I see most people have a bad experience with deliveries but I have to say we have never had an issue. We have the same wonderful delivery person who brings treats even for my dogs. They just love when she comes.I just wanted to post a positive review because all workers are not bad.

I ordered a sum what bigger order that was shipped at 5 different times from one order and had multiple tracking numbers ... the billing shipper who I will say was Burlington ( coat factory) pretty much refused to help me they ( Burlington) was trying to deliver to address that did not even exist , after 3 hours on phone with them after I stated over 30 times no I did not mark the box deliver to a different address , and asked 10 times if I just wanted Doug's manager to call me back he finally came back and said they were " going to attempt to contact fed ex " ....so 4 more calls and the next day after I was complete upset with Burlington my husband received a call and gave me info so I called back due to Dennis from Fed Ex telling I would have to pay 14 per package then after he forwarded the first one said he could not the other ones ,!!! Long story short I call back to FED EX in ROGERS ,MN and speak with this completely amazing person Candace, this woman was fabulous, she took the time to see that the packages were there and went so above and beyond she cross referenced what ever because we order from there and found my husbands number and made contact with him... this is the dedication and commitment that clearly FED EX has trained their employees to be ..after speaking to Candace boss about what a great job she did he in former she had just recently been promoted do to outstanding work ....I can state first hand she deserves it and second..she has what it takes ..totally love the effort she put into to make a way bad out come not on fex ex but on Burlington turn out amazing ...thank you so much Candace!!!! Your the best !!!!

Delivery driver dropped off my order ahead of schedule, right at the door. They have previously lugged heavy packages to the back door when a note has been taped to the front door. Thanks for the hard work!

FedEx always does a great job.

An employee named Kat was super friendly, professional, and helpful. I visited the office to pick up a package, Kat helped to locate the package and delivered it to me personally. If you ever find yourself at this location to pick up a package, ask for Kat!

I had 2 drivers bring a purple mattress right through my patio door. This was 150 pounds. Thank you so much for being so accommodating!!
