Luce Line Lodge

Came here for two reasons: they have a little bit of everything on their menu - and an Old Fashioned for the relatively low price of $8.50!

First, the Old Fashioned was quite good. Bourbon (Buffalo Trace in my case) and muddled fruit, not too strong, definitely not too weak - just right (and not too sweet). I've paid more for drinks not nearly as good.

As for food, had a darn near perfect mushroom and Swiss burger. Flame cooked to a good medium, with well sautéed mushrooms and flavorful Swiss cheese - tasted exactly the way I wanted it to.

A nice surprise was the side - "homemade" tutor tots. Larger than standard tots, these had bacon, sour cream and green onions inside. Crispy on the outside, with creamy potato flavor on the inside, they were delicious.

What this all really means is we'll be back!

Must try the tots (if you aren't vegetarian). Great local bar, we love to walk here in the summer with our dogs and hang out on the side patio with a beer before walking back home. Good selection of beer and great food.

First time visit. Amazing service and food. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean, not even a random crumb on the floor. Very happy to know that servers get 100% of their tips.

Awesome bar and grill with the friendliest staff around. Great daily specials and great service. I have yet to go here and see a single frowning face. This has become my weekly go to when cooking doesn’t sound appealing. When we talked to our server she remembered the first time we came to the restaurant over 2 years ago. We have only been here a few times as we are fairly new to the area but this Impressed me enough to write a legitimate google review about the place. That, and they have a 30 foot neon sign across the bar that is amazing to see! Stop in and have a burger or Rueben. You can’t go wrong!

We are a new business in town and have enjoyed eating at the Luce Line. With the labor shortage the world is going through, they have occasionally been slower but it’s the world we live in and have always been friendly and doing their best. Food is great and atmosphere is fun.

Sarah, Jackie, Jenny, Chris, Bonnie and Nate are top notch. They treat you with respect and food is always good.

First time visiting this place in Watertown.
I had a very cold pint of Bud Light
My wife had a glass of wine, also cold and very good.
This place confused me though.
Is it a really old place?
Or, is it new, made to look old?
Did not order food, but what passed by me looked mighty fine.
Some really bubbly type barmaids made us feel right at home.
On our next visit we will be ordering some kind of food. We’ll see how we feel.

Service was phenomenal, but the food was just okay. Basic burger that the patty was a basic patty that I could get at Walmart. The house made tots were phenomenal

Very good food, the tator tots are out-of this world. I really have never had a bad meal or bad service here.

Delicious food. Had the Luce Line burger -- cooked perfect. Possibly the best pickles I've ever had, and let's not forget the waffle fries with seasoned sour cream...Yum. Service was a TAD slow, but there was only one woman working the entire joint, so I'll let it slide - she did a wonderful job considering. Overall, solid.

Our 5th Grade basketball team and parents stopped here last Sunday. They did a great job accommodating our group. Service was good and food was all solid and came out relatively quickly.

Nate is the best damn cook this side of the mississippi. Luce Line Lodge burgers are simply outstanding! The juicy patties are cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The toppings are fresh and the buns are soft and delicious. The overall dining experience at Luce Line Lodge is top-notch, with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. If you're a burger lover, this place is a must-visit!

I was really surprised when I walked inside. The place was clean. The server was on it. The portions were bug and displayed well. They were smoking some BBQ, smelled Delish...

The waitress was amazing. They were busy, but the service was great. It's definitely a place I would recommend going!

I've been here twice with my friend. Both times the food and service was excellent. Will be back in the near future.

Everytime we eat here we are not disappointed. The food is very good. Service is fast. Fun atmosphere people watching.

We went there tonight and it was busier than usual, we were brought a menu and drinks within 5-10 minutes and served great food. Our waitress upstairs was amazing and very attentive with all the tables. Whole place was filled the whole time we were there and a wait when we left. Great food, great service and friendly workers. :) we were at another place in town prior to that, 6 people in the place and waited 25 minutes without being served. Great job Lodge!

Clean! Friendly and personable server! Excellent burger special. Got a side of fries--it was huge! Monday the burger special was half pound burger for $3.50!! Worth every penny! Get it medium, not medium well! Lots of different beers, too! Check it out!

We love the Lodge! We are always treated like family and always have a good time with our friends! The Chicken Pot Pie and the Lodge Mac and Cheese are my all-time favorites!

The food was wonderful, service spectacular, & atmosphere welcoming!
10/10 would recommend!
