Steve M and the team at the Highlands Ranch store did a great job of helping us through a complicated port and device purchase, and continued to assist us and follow-up, making sure everything was complete to our satisfaction. Great customer service.

Wonderful experience at this store. With all the incentives and deals, it is was helpful to have this store to discuss switching to T-Mobile. My case was complicated by moving four lines.
Jonathan the store manager helped with all the details. Beyond Jonathan, many of the other store staff were very helpful as well.

A month ago, my husband and I switched to T-mobile. Our experience has been nothing but a great experience. I’ve been in this exact store, on multiple occasions. Every single person who works there, is great! They’re all genuine and knowledgeable. I appreciate all their help. On my recent encounter, the manager, Johnathan helped me. He's efficient and helpful. He helped me navigate my billing, app and all the other questions and concerns I had. Once again, this store helped me out again. I’d walk in concerned and frustrated, but leave satisfied and absolutely blown away by their expertise and customer service! (Darin, Steve and Marcela to name who have helped me out).

Darin T is awesome!! I purchased an IPhone 15 Pro which had to be ordered & delivered to my home. When received I went back & Darin transferred my data, erased my old phone & boxed it up for my return; also applied the screen protector & case. He took care of all my issues and was super friendly & courteous each time. I highly recommend him. He needs a promotion!!

Ive been coming here with mainly issues for the last several years, maybe only twice for new lines and/or phones. Every single time this team has taken care of my service issues phenomenally. I want to say they spend at least an hour researching every best way possible to find resolutions. It’s time that I write a review because the service is truly outstanding.

P.S. Jonathan is the manager here and every time I’m there, he steps in and completely destroys any obstacle in the way. Today he dealt with customer care for me better than my previous attorneys did in legal cases. Highly recommend.

My front camera on my I Phone13 and facial ID failed. I called the Apple support, after 2 hours they said I have to go to the Apple store. After 4 hours there, they told me I need to go to T mobile. I tried calling and wasted another 3 hours. The next day I went to T mobile store and Marcela fixed my problem in 20 minutes!!!!

Jojo and Daren were extremely helpful got me a new phone a lower my bill would recommend this store to anyone!

Darin and Kim were so helpful with my unusual circumstance! They we're efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were greeted instantly upon arrival. Darin listened to our issue and went into action immediately. Kim provided crucial knowledge on how to solve our issue. Overall, great customer service and great team work. I highly recommend using this T-mobile store!

Disney was awesome! Helped with everything we needed on getting a new phone and all kinds of other checkups on our account!

I came to this store because the Greenwood Village store was closed today. Jonathan and Lisa were there and they took great of me and my family. We upgraded all our phones and got a better plan with no stress or issues. These two were amazing and know how to do there job!! Thank you

We went to TMobile searching for better pricing than we had with a different carrier. Jonathon, Lisa, Derek and Rickey were great to work with. They all helped at some point in the process. Jonathan especially searched for the best / most affordable option to move our service and get new phones. We're very happy with plan & phones.

One of the lines is with a family member in IL, and said to call when we got there the next week, they'd walk us through the set up of that phone; they did.

Shoutout to Stephen for his excellent customer service! He helped me with every question I had and all with 1-2 weeks of training. Will be back

John worked with me today to get a new phone for my husband. A few factors could have made this difficult but John was patient and understanding and got it done. I was impressed with the efficiency of the only 2 employees in the store.

Helpful associates. We were having trouble with our SIM cards while traveling overseas and our SIMS were older. We have been T-Mobile customers for a long, long time and they took care of us quickly. My recent trip overseas was great, no cellular issues.

Can't say enough about the AWESOME service I received there Caleb and Darrin were amazing.

Great T-Mobile store and even better staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and are always able to address any problems or questions I have. I pass a couple of other T-Mobile stores on my way to this one, not because there is anything wrong with the other stores, but because this one is that good!

We decided to come back to T-Mobile after moving to another carrier, that was not that great. We were assisted by Derek and Kim and they were very helpful. There was a little hiccup, nothing major at all but again they took care of us graciously and we are very happy to be back. We have tried a couple of other carriers, and we won't ever be leaving again as they just don't compare to T-Mobiles service and awesome staff.

There were so many good things that happened when we walked into this store. We were cheerfully and professionally greeted by Leigh. We told her what we were looking for and she was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction. We were getting phones for my grandchildren. It was also a surprise for them. They only had 2 in stock of the phones we wanted, so I was going to get different phones. She surprised us and had gone to a different store and picked up the 3rd phone so we could have the phones we wanted. She worked out the best pricing for us. We were extremely satisfied with our purchase and Leigh's customer service.

Disney welcomed us immediately as we enter the store. He is very knowledgeable. All the questions I had for Disney was answered promptly. His customer service skillset are excellent and through the roof. Disney is an asset to T-Mobile.
