Very helpful team members and Home Depot keeps this store very well staffed.

So much better than ANY Home Depots in Maryland where I live. I was approached by 2 different people working there asking if they could assist me. In Maryland, you could walk around for half an hour and lucky if you see an employee

One of the best places (and one of only like 4) home improvement stores that exist across the entire country! Which means no matter what I say, I'll be ignored cause Corporate America is about as friendly as a rock! You get 5 stars for utterly being on my device to review at the right time and right place . If I ever go in here though, good chance that would be the last time, cause like everything else I write about, I hate them all and think horrible things should happen, like paving over this place and making it a skate park!! Much better than a gathering place for stuck up rudness from the highland ranchers!

Huge shoutout to Ethan! I wanted to buy a Halloween prop that I didn’t think would fit in my car at the moment, so I asked a woman at customer service if I could buy it and pick it up the next day. She immediately just said no and that was it. Ethan was fortunately nearby and heard me, then gave me the option of purchasing it through will call and was beyond pleasant during the whole experience. I picked it up the next day no problem! He obviously cares a ton about the customer and everything he did was so appreciated. Give that man a raise!

Barry, Galen, and the other individual working in the washer/dryer department made this trip so worth it. I couldn't recommend the customer service of this store enough today. We will be back to buy that washer/dryer set!!

Update: Went to Home Depot and ran into Galen again, and it was the highlight of my day! He is always so kind and willing to help in any way! Wish I could write more reviews about this location and how wonderful it is.

Went to Home Depot to view the plants. I took some pictures for a plant identification project in my biology class. I also got a few plants. I purchased four succulents and a peperonia rosso that were all very healthy. From the outdoor area, I got some happy columbine flowers. I was also going to buy a sansevaria/snake plant, but they didn’t seem healthy. However, I am still satisfied with the plant health and selection for the most part. It can be difficult to find different hardware tools, but the app helps with that. The employees also seem knowledgeable and helped me know what I needed to fix a hinge. All together, I’m satisfied with this store.

I have never been treated like this at a Home Depot, and I could not be more pleased with the excellent service here! All associates went above and beyond from the minute I walked in until I left the parking lot. Tim, the cashier, referred me to the Rental Department for assistance with a flat tire that I noticed in the parking lot. Pedro and Teagan assisted with getting me back on the road. Management was very considerate of the customer and employee experience beyond checkout. All employees that helped out with changing my tire and providing drinks on a hot day go to show how you cannot go wrong with anything you need here!
Best customer experience and I will be happy to return to this store.

Love this Home Depot! Amber and her management staff set the bar high for customer service. Purchased all pumbing products, flooring, appliances and electrical for latest office kitchen & bath project.

Amber was such an amazing character I saw her in the store just about helping everyone that came across her path I see that Amber is a great example for what Home Depot has for employees that represent the getting it done image. I look forward to the next time and I hope Home Depot recognizes Amber.

I am beyond happy! When I got here I got pretty nervous because they were not sure if they had the swamp cooler in stock for me to pick up today even though I had called and asked first. I asked Jack to help me go over to the area since he knew where they were. Not only did he show me where they were, which YAY, they had the one I was looking for in stock, but he also went and got me a cart, put the big swamp cooler on the cart for me, bring me up and then helped me get it into the car! Full service for sure!! I'm very happy

The Hime Depot is my go to place for just about everything. The staff at this location is excellent and each member seems to know where everything is at. Great customer service.

Ronda in customer service was great! She helped us get a defective part replaced and we were in and out quickly.

This guy here is new, yet you can tell he is gonna be great here. The customer service was great and I wish him the best. Don't let the rest of your coworkers get you down man.

What is there to say about home Depot, they normally have the stuff that you went there for. White variety of items for your home or facility. Doesn't matter if you're planting flowers or trying to incarcerate the kids, you'll likely find what you need.

There are kids activities (the first Saturday of each month) and today was our first time. My daughter and me loved the activity, the kit, the setup, the tools, the staff. Thank you for allowing us to participate in this great activity!

Richard in the door section is so helpful. Grateful we went to home depot and had the experienced team there to help us with a custom patio door purchase. The price was equal if not cheaper than any other patio door company.
