I wanted to purchase an inexpensive Laser Printer as a backup to my color ink printer. I looked online, found a compatible printer for both windows and mac and then went to the store to purchase it. I was in and out of the store in under 6 minutes! Thanks for the great shopping experience!

Easy web ordering & store pickup process

Hats off to the older gentleman than made sure my final product was to my expectations. I didn’t grab his name but I was sure to thank him in person as well. I came by Saturday to pick up my project originally and it wasn’t cut to my liking. I was having a bad day and let my temperament get the best of me. The gentleman did his best to fix it same day but made arrangements with me to get it fixed properly as he couldn’t get it to my liking. I came back in today and they had it ready to go in perfect condition. Thank you x a million for hearing my frustrations and making it right.

Each time I need printing, copying or other services completed at the Highlands Ranch OfficeMax, it is a great experience. We do a fair amount of printing and document creation for our high school's PTO, and the associates always do a phenomenal job with each request! They offer a wide variety of services, and the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help every time.

Caitlin and Carla in the printing services department are amazing! They go above and beyond and it feels like I’m working with a privately owned printing company. Plus, any time I’ve done something outside of printing, the staff is very kind.

I was purchasing a paper shredder, I asked the manager where they were located and the manger walked me to the shredders instead of just pointing to the aisle. At checkout, since the purchase was over $125, I told the employee I forgot my coupons at home. He said he could help and gave me a 20% discount. This is why I keep coming back!

In an unfortunate turn of events, I was put in charge of planning my nephew's funeral arrangements, including his memorial programs. I placed an online order for his pamphlets and had to call the store to confirm pick a up time. The lady on the phone was instantly sympathetic, helpful and kind. The order was filled instantly, and I received the confirmation text. When I came to pick up our order, the lady at the counter was equally sympathetic and offered her condolences. To top it all off, I couldn't afford the extra money to have them folded. I opened the box to discover that they had done it anyway. Customers for life!! I needed kindness today, and they showed it. Well done!!!

The best experience I had at Office Max in highlands ranch. Kudos to Ms. Shirley for having such a wonderful and professional team Kaitlyn, Carla, Lyle and Aaron are the reason I will continue to go to Office Max in Highlands ranch and will not buy a printer because of the personalized attention we get at office Max.
