AT&T Store

Can’t give five stars to phone customer service or other aspects of my experience with AT&T, but I will say the customer service staff at this store location (Highlands Ranch, CO) is exceptional- Garrett in particular. If I have any service or billing issues, I go to the store to resolve them. They’ve helped fix the problem- quickly and effectively- every time.

Romeo and his associate helped us decipher the mess that the ATT kiosk at Sam’s Club got us into. This mess included being told that we would be able to get a 25% off our total bill, “Only certain Occupations”, not all health care professions. Also told that our new upgrade would include New iPhone 15 Pros, Not True we are still having to pay for part of these phones. Also told we are on the best plan. Not true. Romeo and his associate explained clearly what we have, what we need to change and exactly what we will be paying for. Thank You So Much!!! Appreciate your time and expertise!!! We will be back.

Wonderful service, I went in with an issue with my pre paid plan. At&t totally screwed it all up. Both of the associates that helped where wonderful, they worked together to solve my issues in about 20 minutes and I was out of there with my service working! Best. Great store with kind, knowledgeable staff. I had gone in 15 minutes before close to get a new phone and line. Garret and the other staff member helped me as if it was still earlier in the day. They did not rush me even though they needed to close. They made it ease to choose what to do and suggested ways to save more money. I definitely recommend this store. I’ve encountered so many other electronic stores where the staff knows nothing about their products. It was refreshing how intelligent Garret and his co-worker were. Thank you for helping me with getting a new phone and adding a line to our account.

Although my service has decline at my home during the last 4 mos, my time at the store was perfect! Surprisly arrived and Jerome was waiting and ready to help. Took care of what we came in for and more. Thank you!

I wanted to write this review to express my appreciation and gratitude for all of the efforts that Cari, at AT&T store in Highlands Ranch, put forth helping me resolve a complicated issue with Asurion recently. From the moment we received our replacement phone, it wasn’t working, and there were many problems with it. I began calling Asurion and wasn’t getting anywhere. This was very frustrating.
I have been with AT&T over 10 years and have been very happy with the service AT&T provides. Cari often offers personalized and individual customer service that myself and my family appreciate very much. This level of service is difficult to find these days. I was eventually able to have my issue resolved, and a new replacement phone sent to me. I strongly believe this would not have been possible without her help. At one point I became very close to switching providers and I am now glad it did not come to that. I look forward to staying with AT&T for many years to come, in part, as a result of my experience working with Cari. Thank you.

I had some issues arise in upgrading my phones and service plan. I can't thank Tylyr Brown enough for his help and knowledge in getting it resolved quickly. He was so patient and professional in helping me. I am so impressed by his sincere commitment in providing the best customer service. Tylyr truly cares about taking care of his customers. My fiancé broke his phone at work and Garrett laid out every single option for us and helped us find the best way to get a phone on time and save money. He was incredibly professional and kind and even helped us set up the new phone when we were having trouble. Garrett is incredibly knowledgeable about every plan and phone and was able to get exactly what we needed. Exceptional service and we will definitely be using him and this store for anything we need in the future.

Tyler and rest of staff were attentive and knowledgeable! We added 2 lines and upgraded all of our family to iPhone 14’s. Nice, clean store, and well stocked with phones and cases!

Really excellent customer service. AJ was awesome and very helpful. He got me all set up with new phone, didn't rush me at all, even helped put screen protector and case on phone. Was so polite and friendly. He Held the door open for me coming into store and exiting after. This was a really great experience and they certainly know how to treat customers!
