Michaels

I am new to using this location. The other day I was checking out using the self check out and had a very rapid blood sugar crash and started feeling like I was going to pass out. So I rushed finishing and bagging my items. When I got home I realized I had forgotten an item, the exact item I had gone in for!! LOL. I called the store and asked them if they'd found it but they had not but the kind woman I spoke to said not to worry to come back the next day and they would take care of it.

I went in yesterday and spoke to Beatrix. She was sooooo sweet. She immediately called back and asked if somebody could bring one of the sets of the product I'd bought up. There was a bit of confusion and they were very busy but she handled everything with a calm and kind demeanor. As a former manager and current business owner, Beatrix is the kind of team member I would love to have on my team!!!! Good team members are sometimes hard to find but I've talked to at least 6 different team members during previous shopping excursions at this location and every single one was perfect so it shows great management!! Great job, Highland's Ranch Michael's team!!! High five 🖐

I went in today to get two posters custom framed. Tommy and Katie were the two people that helped me make decisions. I was so glad that they were there and that we could all talk together about what was the best thing to do based on these two signed posters. I really enjoyed working with them and it's too bad they don't get commission when they put together a package like that. Maybe Michael's could think about that but most of all I wanted to say that I really appreciate Tommy and Katie's effort, huge kudos to them!!

Checked Michaels website for specific items in stock. This store albeit 45 miles away was the closest and yes they had the items in stock. Very pleasant cashier and bonus points for being dog friendly!

Always fun going into a Michaels store. Last time we went we had a ton of pictures to get framed. They measured everything for us and got us the best deal

Amazingly, the stuff we were looking for was on one of the Michael's special 1/2 price sales. The we forgot something, and since the check out line was small, we were able to grab it while the cashier checked out the next person. Great personal service with a smile that we could see under the mask. Thanks!

I loved working here, one of the best staffs I've known! They made the atmosphere very friendly and kind especially seeing as how that was my first job it helped ease the nerves. Also loved shopping here (though I may be a bit biased). It was the best of times!

I'm leaving a 5 star review because Kristy was amazing when Instacart messed up my same day delivery and personally brought it to my home herself! You don't meet many people these days with ethics but wow, this gal deserves a huge raise!!! Thank you so much Kristy. Michaels, you guys need to switch back to DOOR DASH because Instacart is making your corporation look like morons.

They always have a great selection of stuff and awesome sales!

They have a nice selection. I think this is a larger store than the one located on County Line. It gets picked over, so shop early for best selection of holiday decor. The line occasionally gets long but usually moves along at a decent pace.

Great arts and crafts retail store - lots of inventory and extremely helpful employees. Thomas (Frame Manager) helped me locate an item that I had found on the online catalog and was looking for in the store. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make very useful recommendations for the project I was working on. Thanks!

The girl at the framing area (I failed to get her name as my 4 kids were keeping me distracted) was very nice, very helpful. She was also very patient. So was the gentleman working there. They were both incredibly understanding when my youngest daughter knocked over several of their mat examples.

Brought a picture in to be framed. Was helped by a lovely young lady named Mia. Can’t say enough nice things about the service she provided us. Her ideas and expertise were spot on. Especially as to suggestions of which mats and frames would highlight differing aspects of the picture. Couldn’t be happier with the end result and I wish I could give her more than just five stars! We’ll definitely be back!

I love going to Michaels. They always have what I need and no matter what, I find at least a half a dozen other things I want to do. It's a great place for kids as well. It's a store I go to when I have the urge to be creative or turn something old into something new. It's a great place that doesn't disappoint.

Their framing department did an amazing job making my hand-drawn portrait of our late Rooney look perfect in the new frame and mat. I was very particular and the gentleman helping me was very thorough and helpful! He gave me exactly what I wanted!
