I absolutely love this Gamestop! The store is clean and offers a fantastic selection of toys and merch. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and is always ready to answer any questions we have. I REFUSE to go to any other Gamestop.

Thank you to the new manager of this store for finally giving it the attention it needed. I have been shopping at gamestop for years and have never had a more pleasant experience than the experience I had today. The employees working today were very friendly and approachable making for amazingly helpful conversations which usually is not the case! Most people associate Gamestop with pushy sales people but that is not the case here. The gamestop employees working here are extremely informative and helped me realize what games I want to look into / buy that matches my interests. Thank you Jacob for making me excited for my next visit here! Keep up the amazing work! I will definitely continue to shop here and I highly recommend you give this store a visit.

The staff here are patient, kind, helpful, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. My kiddo is new to gaming and was treated with respect, just like a VIP. I know nothing about gaming so the staff took time to help us and we ended up getting something that was a great fit for my kiddo. I don’t live near this store but because of the service will go out of my way to come here again.

I had such an amazing experience at this location! Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and kind. Specifically Jacob and Nick were extremely helpful! Not only did they assist in an Xbox trade-in but we’re very thorough and made sure that everything was fairly returned and traded. Jacob worked tirelessly to make sure I got the best experience and followed through to help me understand the process. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to return any gaming products. The employees are incredibly personable and helpful!

The people who work here are kind. Genuinely kind. Very open store with a lot of things you can't really find at all gamestops, like 3ds products or ps3 games. Check them out!

This is the cleanest, friendly GameStop I have ever been to! Nicholas was so helpful and kind, and he gave us great suggestions on services related to our purchase. I will highly recommend this specific location to anyone looking for a GameStop. Great store!!

I was very impressed that they had $100 steam cards in stock. Unlike one of their sister stores that didn't (highlands ranch).

Staff is always super nice and helpful and there are hardly any waits but if there is you should probably just go home bc the waits take forever. Other than that, this is a great GameStop location for sure. I’d also say watch out because some times the hours are messed up and it’s not accurate

The manager Steven was incredibly helpful. He made sure I was getting the most out of my time there, and helped me save a little over $60. Staff here is always friendly, and they don't hesitate to answer any questions you have. Usually GameStops make you feel like you're being taken for a ride, but it's a different experience at this location.

As always a great customer service experience where GameStop saves my day. Was able to switch out a busted controller for a new one thanks to Jacob and his quick to help cashier V! Thanks you guys!

Zack is a homie! Make sure you say hi when you go in. Like I had so many questions and he was so nice about it. He suggested Alien Isolation and literally it is so much fun to play!

It's a GameStop, yeah you might not get the most bang for your buck when trading your soul in to get a Nintendo Switch, but the staff is friendly. They recognise me each and every time I walk in and that, to me is a good experience.

Goog customer service. I was helped withing the first 30 second I entered the store. The sales person knew exactly what I was looking for. He got it from the back in less than a minute. In and out in less than 3 minutes. A+

Super friendly and very knowledgeable! I was buying for my grandson and only knew what I wanted but didn't really know much about online gaming and he explained all about it and the different options.
