The UPS Store

I usually go to the USPS store down the road in castle pines but it was closed on Sunday so I decided to give the UPS store a try. Let me say I was impressed. I’ve never even written a review but I was knocked out of the water with their customer service. Especially Lena, she had a bright smile on her face greeting people even when some of them were being difficult… I will definitely be returning soon. Would Recommend.

My husband and I went to send a gift out that was fragile and it was busy but the line moved quickly and the employees were very friendly. We were helped by an employee named Jared and he was extremely friendly and efficient and helped answer all of our questions! He also made sure to handle our package delicately which I appreciated.

I had such a great experience, I need to get items shipped back to the company. Lena was so helpful. I have no doubt my items arrived safely!!! Thanks Lena!

Nicole and her team routinely print my real estate related marketing materials. Nicole recently helped me with print request for a formal invitation and print materials. She did an amazing job with great communication. The location of her store is convenient with friendly staff and easy parking!

Lena and Harrison did such an amazing job on Sunday, the store was packed with a huge line but they were extremely kind and helpful with anything we needed. I love this store and will definitely be coming back to this location over any in the future.

I have been a mailbox holder here for years and I actually enjoy visiting a shipping and packing store! Most stores like this are dry, dull, stale, and just overall boring; it’s like visiting a DMV or an old K-Mart! OUCH! Not this place! Nicole, the store owner, is a delight and has gone above and beyond for me through the years with any issues I have had and always has my back. Thank you!

The store always has great music, an upbeat vibe, real plants, and holiday decorations to make the environment warm and welcome to any customer. The staff always greats me with a smile when I come in, easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and they all help me out a ton with my shipping and handling needs. I went into this UPS store today to ship a few packages. There was a young lady working who was very pleasant. She apologized when she had to change the tracking printout tape and was extremely polite throughout the process of my three transactions and helped close and tape the items more securely. She made polite small talk. I will definitely visit this store again for my shipping needs. Thank you!

So incredibly grateful for the work experience the manager (Nicole) gave my daughter this past year at this local small business. “Wholesome” is the word I heard most from my daughter regarding the work environment and the regular customers at this store. She loved her job, co-workers, and boss. Thank you so much to Nicole and the sweet box holders my daughter loved helping.

The true merit of a small business is their ability to turn a bad situation into a positive. A month ago I shipped a bag of expensive scuba gear to a friend which soon disappeared from the UPS system. After a brief search by the store, corporate was involved, and a larger search ensued. After 8-10 days things looked bleak and we initiated a claim. We had given up hope on finding the bag. Nicole (Manager) did not give up the search and ended up finding the bag and had it delivered intact. Her ongoing follow up was greatly appreciated and made a big difference. After a scare it was nice to have someone aggressively working hard on our behalf to solve a problem.

We were visiting family near Denver back in December and needed to ship our packages back home. I was reminded of the great service the manager gave me in helping us figure out the best way to box up the presents and souvenirs in order to get them home safely. I also love it when a small business hires Veterans. The manager, John, didn't say anything about being a Veteran, but you can tell by the look in the eyes and the set of the shoulders. Thank you for hiring a Veteran. He was able to handle difficult customers in front of us with ease. Stepping in when another customer was being abusive to his employee. I'm delayed in making this post, but since I recently had to go to my local UPS store, I was reminded that I should have posted about this experience.

I work for A Mercedes Dealership in Omaha, NE and was in Denver helping out a couple stores during this Covid-19 madness. During my stay I stopped by this UPS store to ship a couple packages back to my dealership. The atmosphere in this UPS store is very friendly and relaxing. Great music, fast service, and very knowledgeable staff. I worked with Nathan and he took care of everything and made my experience extremely easy. Would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!

Holly went above and beyond helping me track down a package. I really appreciate her determination and efficiency. I am taking all my future shipping needs to this store.
