AT&T Store

I went in to AT&T on Gunbarrel rd in Chattanooga the other day and Wyatt Ervin did everything he could to help me with my phone issues. He was very polite and knowledgeable about everything I needed. He’s Probably one of the best employees there.
If you need help when you go in side of AT&T request Wyatt and he will take care of all your questions and get u in and out of there fast.

Christian was very professional and exhibited a superb level of customer service and support over and beyond what you would expect from a Manager. His staff, specifically Jack, was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Kudos to this flagship store!

Stopped by the Gunbarrel store today to switch a company-provided phone I have to a personal plan and I CANNOT believe how helpful Kendra was and how easy she made this process. I fully expected this process to be riddled with problems, hurdles, and issues. If there were, Kendra handled them all and got me switched over with a new phone and I was out the door. AT&T, you’ve got a phenomenal employee there! Thanks, Kendra!!!

Best AT&T store in Chattanooga. Service is great and very friendly staff. Highly recommend you working with Abraham. He will get you right every time.

Sydney Geren & Abraham were awesome. i switched providers and got a phone, ipad and apple watch through sydney. and abraham helped me with some technical difficulties the following day. these guys went above and beyond!

Jack was very knowledgeable, and helpful! He gave us all available options, and was very personable. We had a wonderful experience!

Janna helped me save a significant amount on my bill today. I love how we were able to talk. She’s definitely a person and not a company robot. Also special shout out to the fine young man that sold me an Apple Watch yesterday. You guys are awesome. :)

I was having difficulty with a replacement phone that AT&T had sent me. When I walked in the AT&T Gunbarrel store, Wyatt met me at the door and asked how he could help. He did a great job of correcting my situation and represented AT&T extremely well. 5 stars for Wyatt's great service!

It was a big headache at first but after I talked to sales rep Christian C he sorted it all out within 10 mins and took care of everything. Great people working here. They are definitely there to serve the customer needs even when there’s frustration.
