I returned to this Walgreens because of the new pharmacist, Dr. Kenzo. He is knowledgeable, conscientious, diligent, and kind. Dr. Kenzo cautioned me about the possible negative interaction of two prescriptions I was taking. His concern was accurate. After a conference with my physician, I gradually discontinued one prescription drug. Both my friends and I have noticed a positive uplift in my demeanor. I feel so much better! My great thanks to Dr. Kenzo.

I love my local Walgreen's! Especially the pharmacy department. I have received numerous vaccinations and flu shots - all easy to schedule and administered efficiently. Most recently, I belatedly discovered an prescription re-fill error (30 pill instead of 90 per label and my receipt); I used the drive-up window and was prepared to be told to go "pound sand", but instead, after a brief consultation with the pharmacy manager, the assistant apologized, told me to keep the original 30 pills and handed me a new prescription for the full 90 without additional charge!!! Awesome.

I had to get a Passport photo for an EPA Lead Abatement ID. This Walgreens was close to my house, so I made my way there. When I got there, the cashier was chatting with another female employee. So I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged at all, even though I had stopped to ask where to go for a passport photo. After locating the Photo department with no one there to help, I locate a call button and push it. A few minutes later, the young woman who had been chatting with the cashier shows up. At least this time she greeted me and asked me If I needed any help. I tell her that I need a non-passport passport photo for a company EPA ID. She was polite, friendly, courteous and got a chuckle out of the non-passport passport photo. She got a camera and pulled down a background screen for me to stand in front of. She was very professional and very talented with photoshopping the picture. Overall the whole experience was quick and professional.

5 stars for Tony in the photo department. He saved me from my own stupidity of forgetting my passport photo in phoenix. I called on my way from Phoenix and let him know the situation, and he was ready to get me a passport photo as soon as possible once I got there. Thank you Tony!!!

Stopped in on 10/30 about noon, to find one worker (Mariah) and a long line, she was trying to get help and know one would come to help her. She was so helpful and kind. Thank you! Finally the rude lady (Barbara) at the make up counter opened up her register.

Ana from the Pharmacy department was super helpful. She went above and beyond for me. Very grateful she was there.

Eva in the pharmacy was fantastic! She was such a great help and was extremely knowledgeable. She followed through with exactly what she said she would do.

We're customers for several years, but I'd not seen this pharmacy person before.

Jonathan handled my RX following a diagnosis for pneumonia. Ugh. Lots of meds, some not covered by Medicare (for coughs). Jonathan pointed out that the dosages for this one cough med were small enough that the quantity prescribed was probably lots more than I needed. So to save me money, he cut the prescription in half and pointed out that I could easily re-order more if needed.
Wow.
Not that we haven't always been treated well at Walgreens, but Jonathan deserves an atta boy from higher up. We'll never go elsewhere. Thanks, Jonathan.

Great neighborhood pharmacy and convenience store.

Mariah and the rest of the staff were really patient with me throughout my entire experience .. I had a couponing issue with a pickup order and all the staff assisted me through the whole thing in any way they could & that I appreciate cuz us couponers know when one thing goes wrong it is an intricate and time consuming process .. I thought Mariah was the manager just based on how she handled things and how patient she was is so awesome to have especially in the customer service world and type of world were all in now .. I have yet to find a favorite Walgreens in Tucson but I believe I now have one thx to this place .. thank you Walgreens staff on speedway, especially making me feel welcomed and wanted there

Same old Walgreens, convenience and fast service

I love Walgreens since I was really young now I take my children to their. The pharmacy and their great customer service and I am so blessed to be able to spend money in the clearance section. Thank You 😀

They were nice enough to let me use the bathrooms when they were being cleaned, to wash off my arm wound. If the girl who was mopping sees this, I'm sorry if I dripped blood on your floor!
