Best store for the products and the Lake Geneva location really stands out as a very customer service focused place. I’ve been shopping there pretty exclusively for over 20 years and also appreciate the special treatment towards military veterans like myself!

It is big place and variety of product for home &garden decoration. Machine tool .reasonable price. A lot of parking. Separate by section so recommend this place

Purchased a grill today, I couldn’t figure out how to mount the gas tank… thought it was missing a piece (idiot)… I went back, dawn and Tyler were so helpful and non judgmental about me not being able to figure it out. They were super nice and showed me how to do it. I also had to run to this store yesterday to find bolts for my table and James was also super helpful! As an unhandy woman… highly recommend this store! They are all amazing and have been a godsend!

I want to tell you about 2 amazing employees at the Lake Geneva store. Ashley Francois & Chris Goetsch went above & beyond in customer service! After an issue after ordering flooring, I spoke with Ashley. When she found out about my disabled veteran husband, she made it her mission to get us approved for a program that Home Depot has for people like my husband. Both she & Chris volunteered their time and labor as well as rounding up volunteers like Derek Gerstung from Superior Custom Floor Design & Brad Augustson from Augustson Homes to replace all the flooring in our bedroom so my husband could get around easier. I am so very grateful to them all for their kindness & generosity. Thank you!!!!

Home Depot is our go-to for most of our home repair items we need. We rented an excavator yesterday, and when we returned it this morning, Bob, in tool rental, checked us in. He was such a nice person and very accommodating. He's definitely a person Home Depot should keep as a team member and hope the next time we rent a piece of equipment, that Bob is there.

San-Juanita at the Pro Service desk was amazing today. She needs a raise!! I would love to add her as a Facebook friend!! She helped my disabled husband and helped straighten out an issue that we had. I appreciate the Manager on duty that helped as well. I believe her name is Marissa but I could be wrong. Thanks Ladies!!!

Shout out to the weekend shift in the rental department. Knowledgeable staff, and amazing customer service. Really grateful for all of the help they provided.

This visit to the Home Depot was just fine. Nothing earth-shattering happened, so there's not a lot to relate. There was a good selection, as usual, I found what I needed and was able to get my shopping done in about 10 minutes. One associate did ask me if I had any questions and seemed interested in helping me if I did. In this case, I didn't have any questions, but I appreciated the sincere gesture.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I needed a plumbing part and two people offered to help me and they one even walked me over to the isle and found the part for me. The cashier was so friendly and helped me also. Obviously I will return to this facility. Also very clean and tidy.

Lovely people and some knowledgeable staffs (gardening section in particular) who try their best to help you and answer your questions.

Attempted to do an online purchase, not realizing I couldn't use my home improver card online....my husband went to pick up the order, only to find out I had messed up. Thank you very much Julia & Laurel for helping him get his purchase. There aren't many people who are willing to step outside their normal duties to help a customer. Upon arrival for a 50foot 12 gauge extension cord I asked Mike where the extension cords were and he gave directions and was very pleasant. While picking out a cord Mike followed up with me and my 86 yr old mom to see if we needed any assistance!! Greatness!! We made our way over to interior paint and Steve also helped us out and was extremely pleasant and outgoing! At check out, self checkout, Kenny Kenny Kenny Rocked! He assisted with finding bar codes, packaging, final sale and was Sooo nice!! We will be back and I appreciate great service these days and they definitely provided Great service!! At start of summer, I was there for hedge clippers, but couldn't spend a lot of money. I was explaining to Steve, in the paint mixing dept, that the city wasn't properly maintaining weeds overgrown covering the sidewalk on Hwy 50 at Rosati's. And Steve just reaches into his employee bin and hands me a pair of heavy duty kitchen scissors. I was shocked. I said I wasn't sure when I could return them. He said, return them at Christmas or return them next week. On my way home that afternoon, I stopped at Rosati's and was able to cut the weeds away from the sidewalk the City overlooked, and got as high as I could reach while seated in a wheelchair. I just returned the scissors to Steve last week including a note with one of my red/white/blue suncatchers. Thanks again sir!!

I went in there for something to kill spiders inside my apartment and I didn't really know what I was looking for. Keeley was absolutely wonderful! She recommended an item and had me out of the store within 5 minutes. Great experience and I can't wait to try the product

Best customer service by Lori and Kenny. We bought a storm door. They loaded it on the cart, quickly checked us out and loaded into our SUV. We strongly recommend this store and their friendly and competent service.

Super friendly staff, very helpful! Terry at the service desk was great and handled my frustrations like a pro! 10 stars for the the female associate helping in plumbing and pellet stove venting and to Josh for putting up with me on the phone and for loading 2 pallets of pellet fuel in the freezing cold!!! You guys rock!

Some of the best employees work at this store. Garri and Annagarette were extremely helpful this weekend clearing up a misunderstanding my wife and I had with a return. Totally happy with the way things were handled. Everyone is customer focused at the Lake Geneva Home Depot which is not typical these days for retail stores.

This is a great place to go if you are doing any DIY projects. I showed up and in within a few minutes I had a very friendly worker show me where all my items that I had on my list were. Believe me it was a long list and the items were all over the store. I was all by myself today when I got there. And I had assistance with loading up all my purchases into my truck. I would give this place a A+, and I will continue shopping here.
