Best Buy

I went to buy a printer for my school work and I knew exactly what I thought I needed. As soon as I walked through the door, an associate was there to help. I showed him what I wanted, and then he did something that shocked me; he showed me one that was way cheaper than what I wanted! He explained to me that the other one would have been way more than I needed, so the cheaper option was the way to go. He was right, and I am very satisfied with the one I bought. Thank you, Best Buy!

One week from Thanksgiving and our stove gave out. We went to Best Buy and we were helped by Chad. He was terrific! We had a new stove delivered and installed in less than 24 hours. Happy Thanksgiving!

Went to buy a new pc for my kid, with very little knowledge on the topic, the employees were super helpful! Plus, the PC is great quality and my kid loves it, says it can handle anything they throw at it.

Almost every employee asked if we needed help; within a 10min time frame. It was a bit overwhelming, we were only there to look around a bit; otherwise it would have been nice to be helped that fast. They were friendly and each person left us alone when we declined needing help.

I had a great time in this store. The staff were all engaging and friendly. Everyone seemed happy to be there. The staff exhibited great firsthand knowledge of products and services. There's certainly some great deals to be had. I can specifically site that Tanner and Tiffany were of great help and assistance. This location has my support and business, without question or hesitation.

Every employee in this store is helpful and honestly delightful! Special kudos to Chad and Connor for being so knowledgeable and kind!

I travel widely and have been to many Best Buy stores across the country. This store customer service beats them all. In two separate visits I interacted with 6 different employees and every single one was the most cheerful, helpful, customer oriented employee you could wish for. Impressive!

Went in the last 20 min of being open and was greeted and helped kindly. Did have another worker begin to close the machines around us at about 10 till that was distracting since they were what we were looking at, but we did still buy.

My personal favorite electronics store. They have improved their gaming PC side. Can not really complain other than stock, but what company has not had this issue honestly. One stop shop for anything tech or cool.

Stopped in to try to find a battery charger for my camera. All they had was a universal charger, but the young man there took it out of the box, went and plugged it in, tested out, and working. Above and beyond.

The salesman in the home security section was very helpful and answered all our questions. We ended up buying a ring battery camera and it was very easy to set up as he said it was. Thanks
