Clean store with friendly and helpful staff.
Had everything I needed, the lady working at the check-out made sure all the available coupons worked correctly and that the items were all bagged carefully.

Always love going to Michael's, and today I had exceptionally great service from the young gentleman in the framing department who helped me measure posters, pick frames, and install - he even carried one of them out to my car for me. 10/10 every time.

Great selection of yarn! There’s always a deal or coupon for just about everything in the store. The staff were super friendly and helpful with the questions I had.

Their prices are a little high but when you wait for sales it's worth it. The customer service is very good. They have a lot of options for crafting.

While this is one of the smaller Michaels stores that I've been to, it's still has plenty of supplies available for any ardent crafter. The store staff were very helpful in coordinating the new matting for an older print of mine. I have several other prints I will have framed there.

I just can't help myself when I'm in there shopping for projects. All the Christmas/holiday is at a great discount. Bridal is front and center. Spring is in the aisles. Lol
