If you’re looking for good BBQ. This is the spot. I was passing through and almost passed the spot. When you walk in you feel like you are in your backyard waiting for your sensory system to mingle with your tase receptors. Really good food. Small place but huge taste and sorry for the picture I was in a rush

I love coming here! Olivia, my waitress for the last two times, remembers my “likes”. That’s so appreciated! Food is SPOT ON! Hot! Delicious! I’ll continue treating myself to this establishment! Great pricing for the amount of food you get also!

Best BBQ I have had in a long time. Both the Q sandwich and the brisket I had were tender and moist. The amount you get for what you pay is great too, they could easily charge more than $10 for the Q sandwich and would still feel like a good value.

Excellent BBQ! The ribs were delicious, tender, juicy, and clung to the bone just right!
I tried a little bite of the cheeseburger Mac&cheese, which was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten and definitely made me second guess my choice of a keto diet.
The brisket was also smoked to perfection.
My only complaint is that they were out of "Inferno" sauce for my smoked chicken wings, which were also great, aside from the fact they weren't as spicy as I would have liked. The homemade blue cheese dressing served with the wings was amazing. I'll definitely return, and highly recommend it to anyone in the Casper WY area.

Amazing food, amazing customer service, quick to get everything out and to refill drinks. Overall best place to eat and super friendly staff. Love this place 100/10 for sure.

Great little BBQ spot. Been a few times, had it catered a few times, and went again tonight with friends.
It was busy (Friday night) but they got us in quick, were very attentive, and the food was amazing as usual.
I'm a sucker for pulled pork, it was PERFECT. And the andouille sausage is always great - savory with the perfect amount of heat.

Great atmosphere, great food, great service!! Mac and cheese with chicken and broccoli made my kiddo happy! I do not even like mac and cheese and really liked theirs. They have sweet potato fries! : ) Portions are huge and can be shared between two. I will tell all of my friends about this awesome place! What a hidden gem!

We had the Texas Triple with pulled pork instead of chicken. The ribs were excellent and had a good dry rub flavor. We also had the Mac n cheese and the zucchini fries. The brisket was a little dry, otherwise everything was very good. The sauces were good and helped with the brisket. They give you cornbread when you get a table. The cornbread was very good! It was more than enough for two people. The staff were very good. They let us move to a different table that was more comfortable. They checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok. Clean bathrooms as well. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Would recommend! Great Barbecue!

Great food! Brisket was excellent as was the chicken. Ribs were good. All the sides were excellent. Service was top notch. Would recommend.

Great food and awesome service! Had the three meat plate ( pulled pork, 1/3 slab of ribs and chicken) with their epic mac n cheese and baked beans. The homemade corn bread was pretty darn good too! Their sweet tea is perfect, not too sweet and not unsweet. Had nice conversation with the bartender (since I sat at the bar). They do have to go cups just a heads up. They bring your drink out in an actual mini glass mason jar. I will definitely be coming back here again and again!

We ordered the ribs and brisket. The ribs were tender and sweet just how we wanted them. And then there was the mound of delicious brisket (see photo), which was enough for two but I was happy to finish it all. The fries and mad mack were also very tasty. Joe, our server did a great job!

Love this place! The food is fantastic and always a stop when we go to Casper. You will not be disappointed, unless they are closed.

This is the best BBQ in Wyoming. Cornbread app is delicious and the pulled pork is southern quality good. Fries are tasty too. So freaking good!

Came here with some colleagues for dinner. I ordered the Brisket Dinner with Zucchini Fries and Sweet Potato Fries. The food was very good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The waitress was very friendly and we had a good time joking around with her. They were running a Buy-One-Get-One for Moscow Mules, so we each had a couple. The overall experience was good and we will definitely return again!

Words cannot express the perfection of the barbecue dinner I just had at HQ Southern BBQ.

Do not pass this place by. Different location, a repurposed gas station that's easy to pass by if you're a newcomer.

I had brisket, potato salad, barbecue beans. Every one of them was one of the best I've ever had and this comes from somebody who lived in the South for a few years.

Service was friendly, efficient, and I will definitely be back when I'm in town.

For those of you who live here: do yourself a favor and get in here and try this food!

Always a good stop. Not vegetarian friendly. Kids menu. 2 desserts. Daily fresh made juices. Pepsi products. Bar seating. Booths and tables. Kids menu. Usually very busy. 20 minutes wait for lunch. 5 draft beers and select liquor. Small place with 9 total tables. Large menu with lots of options. Good service.

The food was great. I have had a lot of bbq and this is the top of my list now. The ribs had that great pink smoke color you want, the chicken fall right off the bone and the brisket was perfect. I enjoyed the zucchini which was fresh and hand made and the baked beans were great. The only thing I did not like was the bbq sauce. It was too vinegary for me. But the meat was so good I don’t need it.

Stopped for lunch on the way through town.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun.
The food was absolutely delicious! Three of us each chose a different dish and we were all extremely happy with our choices.
