I had to make an emergency run for my toddler son to get some skin products for the little guy. As I walked in the door an employee named Kyla greeted me so kindly. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately showed me where it was. She was so kind and helpful. My wife sent me to the store and I had no idea what I was looking for. Kyla was younger and it goes to show that generation has some young people with great people skills. Walgreens needs more kylas! I recommend Walgreens for dads if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Ask Kyla!!

I think Walgreens has to update hours online

I rarely ever complain or submit reviews. DO NOT have orders shipped to this Walgreens. I ordered a pair of slippers online for my daughter for a Christmas gift and had them shipped to this store. I received my “ready for pickup” notification several days before Christmas. When I arrived to pick up my order, staff were unable to locate my package despite having confirmation in their system that my package had been delivered to them. The staff spent little time looking for this order. Their “pickup” section of the store was a nightmare as far as organization goes. Boxes everywhere, papers spread all over the place, etc. The manager, who was “off” and had apparently told her staff to not bother her during her time off, was absolutely rude and unprofessional to her staff that reached out to her as an attempt to resolve my issue. This was after I waited over 10 minutes for her to “respond to their text” because they were too scared to call her. It was obvious that the staff (although kind) nor the manager (not kind or worthy of her position) could have cared less about this issue. They offered “store credit” for my lost items and refused to refund my original payment method. The managers solution was for me to reach out to Walgreens customer service (another nightmare not worthy of even 1 star). It took over a week to receive a refund that I had to fight for.
